Our Scripture Reading for today is Ezra 8:23. We Fasted and sought our God concerning a matter and God listensed to our request ". Some matters in life need fasting and prayer, because some matters are overwhelming and need God's intervention. The Bible declares that God listened to their matter. Fasting and prayer draws God's attention. Present your matter to Him this morning and be expectent of a victorious outcome.

Our scripture reading for today is PSALMS 42:1
As we take time to fast and pray, we need to ask God to give us a hunger and a passion for His presence. David was an anointed man of God, yet his spirit was dry. He cried out to God, in his dry and thirsty moment. He sought after God. You might be feeling the same, fasting will quench your thirst. God will fill you up, God will satisfy you, He will bless you. Take time to meditate on this word today.

DAY 2️⃣ of 7️⃣ FASTING AND PRAYING
Our scripture reading for today is John 15 :5.
Jesus declares, "He is the vine and we are the branches, and he who Abides in him will bear much fruit." The meaning of "Abide means to connect to something or someone. It also means to dwell in. In this time of fasting and praying we need to connect to Jesus. Connected to Jesus means you are connected to truth, to the fullness of your potential, to the breath of life, to everlasting life, to life, to peace, to prosperity, to joy, to healing. In this time of fasting and prayer disconnect yourself from the system of this world which is temporary and reconnect yourself to Jesus. No devil can stop your purpose, plans and dreams because you connect to Jesus. Be encouraged to realign your life.

Day 1️⃣ of 7️⃣ Fasting and Praying. God has promised us, that when we humble ourselves He will answer us. Man shall not live by bread alone but every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. God is always attentive to His Word. God answered Daniel, Daniel humbled himself through fasting and prayer. It's time to crucify your flesh and awaken your Spirit man. Every thing that you are going through, present to God, put a promise to it.
