WAITING ON THE PROPHETIC WORD

Introduction Scripture: Habbakuk 2: 2 to 3. Jeremiah 1: 12

Prophecy
Dictionary description: a prediction of something to come. Or an inspired utterance of a prophet.

Biblical description: a function or vocation of a prophet.
God's specific direction communicating His will, plans and purposes.
In hebrew NEBUAH: to speak under divine influence.
In greek prophēteia: interpretation of God's will.

How to wait on the prophetic word?
1. Declare the prophecy with Thanksgiving. Phillipians 4v 6
2. Be consistent and faithful to your altar. 1 1Thesalonians 5v 17.
3. Have faith in God's faithfulness. Hebrews 11v1 and 10v 23.

Title: Sonship to God.

Sonship: Spiritual position of inheritance for believers.
-Level maturity in God.
-Ownership over Gods inheritance

Stages of becoming a son :
1. Infant stage : being a child after rebirth (1Corinthians 13:11)
On this level you must be willing to be taught basic doctrine/spiritual diet for growth

2. Youth stage: a level of purpose discovery and striving to do better than a child. Stage of being delegated to serve
3. Spiritual Teenagehood: a stage of being tested ,tempted and tried.
At this stage you’re facing challenges in your service in Gods house.

4. Maturity unto Sonship
A stage of being trusted after enduring many trails in the journey
Galatians 4:6-7
At this stage you’re trusted by God to steward Kingdom territories and treasures.
Understanding God and how he operates..

• Fully operate in the house of the Lord knowing your position
• Intentional investments in your relationship with God.
• Understand your responsibilities in God's House
• See yourself the way God sees you.
• Meditate and confess Gods Word over your life
• Be faithful to God by living a life of purity and righteousness (Luke 15:15-19
• Become a manifestation of your God , be His representative and ambassador
• Defend your God with character, actions and results.

Understanding spiritual father and son relationship

Introduction scriptures: 1Timothy 1v 2.

The importance of having a spiritual father
1. To model Christ's Likeness. 1 Chor 11v 1
2. To provide spiritual covering. 1 Chor 4v 17
3. To raise leaders.
4. To release mantles and impart gifts. Romans 1v 11.

The responsibilities of sons
1. Honor their father
2. To obey instructions
3. To represent their father's vision
4. Contribute financially to the vision.

The results of having a father
1. Maturity in the faith
2. Effective Leadership
3. Inheritance of spiritual mantles.

SONSHIP TO GOD (PART 3)

What is Sonship:
• Being born of God and manifesting all His attributes.
• The full expression of The Father's character, wisdom and abilities.
• Having obtained the standard of ONENESS with God.
• Having the rights of ownership over God's creation for partnership with Him.
• a level of maturity in the knowledge of God, in expressing His Likeness and walking in Kingdom purpose fulfillment.

Transition to sonship requirements
1. Intention/desire to grow. 1Chorinthians 3v 2
2. Willingness to obey. 1John 5v 3
3. Surrender to training/ preparation. 1Samuel 22v 1. 2Samuel 23v 8.

HOW GOD PREPARES SONS?
1. Appointing apostolic fathers to equip individuals and the church. Acts 2v 42. Ephesians 4v 11.
2. Making an assembly a literal model of the SON, CHRIST LIKENESS. Ephesians 4v 12 to 13. 15. Colosians 1v 18.
3. Causing man to crucify their flesh. Romans 8v 12 to 13. Romans 12v 1.

1. Identity. Romans 8v 14 to 16.
2. Accountability. Jeremiah 3v 15. Ephesians 4v 11 to 13.
3. Responsibility. Hebrews 10v 25. 1Peter 4v 10 to 11.
4. Maturity. Galatians 4v 1 to 7. Proverbs 19v 11. Matthew 5v 23 to 24

TERRITORIAL TAKE OVER!
Possessing Territories for "Thy Kingdom Come" Mandate

Introduction scriptures: Daniel 7v 13 to 14 and 18. Matthew 28v 18. John 20v 21.

Send: (apostéllo): Implies a more formal sending, often for a specific mission or as an official representative (like an ambassador), from which "apostle" is derived.
Luke 19v 13 *(occupy)*: reside or have one's place of business in (a building)

• The new testament of Christ is about God's shared dominion with man.
• His will, intention and purpose of the church is to establish His throne (Authority) over regions, territories and nations.
• the Gospel of Jesus Christ is about the Kingdom, and He sent Apostles with authority to establish that Kingdom.
• Anyone who belongs to the church is part of the Kingdom mandate. To establish God's rule into their sphere of influence.
• We are sent to occupy and take over!

Main Scriptures: Daniel 1v 8 to 20. 2v 14 to 19. 3v 28 to 30.

How to occupy and take over?
1. Develop a Kingdom mindset, morals and purity. 1 Corinthians 2v 16.
2. Discern, honour and preserve Kingdom relationships. Amos 3v 3
3. Discover your specific Kingdom assignment/purpose. 1 John 3v 8
4. Discover your God-given talents, gifts and skills for Kingdom purpose fulfillment. Genesis 25v 27. 1Thessalonians 4v 11. 2 Thessalonians 3v 10. Proverbs 14v 23.
5. Enhace your skills, talents or gifts with proper training. Proverbs 18v 15. 2Timothy 2v 15.
6. Be diligent and excellent in all you do for the Kingdom. Proverbs 12v 24. Daniel 5v 13
7. Represent the Kingdom well, by bringing divine solutions of wisdom in your area of expertise. Genesis 41v 9 to 13.

DOCTRINAL STATEMENT OF FAITH
• We believe in God The Father as our Creator, God The Son as our Savior and God The Holy Spirit as our Helper and Comforter. Gen 1v 1. John 1v 1. John 14v 16 to 18.
• We believe in God's Word and His voice, which is the Written Word and The Spoken Word. We believe in accurate interpretation of scripture and divine interpretation by revelation. 2 Timothy 3v 16. Acts 8v 26 to 35
• We believe in God's supernatural power, such as prophecy and its fulfilment. Deliverance, Healing and miracles. Isaiah 61v 1. 2 Peter 1v 21. 1 Corinthians 4v 20
