On behalf of AGC Phuthaditjhaba Youth, we would like to sincerely thank Mrs J Tamanyane for ministering and sharing such impactful and educational teachings during our Wellness Sunday service under the theme “Healthy Body, Healthy Spirit.”

We deeply appreciate the wisdom, guidance, and knowledge you shared regarding the importance of balancing both physical and spiritual health. Your message helped the church understand that while God remains our healer and prayer is powerful, wisdom, medication, and medical care are also important tools God has allowed to help us care for our health responsibly.

Thank you for encouraging the congregation to value healthy living, proper health management, and spiritual wellbeing while also addressing important health-related matters and chronic illnesses affecting many within our communities.

Your teaching was empowering, informative, and spiritually uplifting to both the youth and the church at large. We are truly grateful for your willingness to serve, teach, and pour into the lives of God’s people using both your spiritual calling and professional experience.

On behalf of AGC Phuthaditjhaba Youth, we would like to sincerely thank our very own Dr Nthabeleng Mofokeng for being part of our Wellness Sunday service under the theme “Healthy Body, Healthy Spirit.”

Thank you for the valuable information, knowledge, and insight you shared with the church on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating, regular exercise, proper hydration, rest, stress management, and regular medical checkups.

We also deeply appreciate your educational teaching on chronic illnesses such as Hypertension, Diabetes, and High Cholesterol, including their signs, risk factors, prevention, early detection, screening, and the importance of taking prescribed medication correctly.

Your session was informative, impactful, and empowering, encouraging both youth and elderly members to prioritize their health, develop healthy habits, and remain committed to proper health management.

As youth, we are proud of you and grateful for your willingness to use your knowledge and profession to educate, uplift, and serve the church community. May God continue to bless you abundantly and use you to positively impact many more lives.
