Good morning 💞💫💞
A Powerful Consciousness Of Faith To Overcome Obstacles (Part 1)

Almost every single day in our present lives brings with it various ups and downs in our mind, physical body, relationships, wealth and personal or professional role. There is not a single human soul existing in the entire world today that is experiencing a constant state of positivity in all these aspects of life, mentioned above. All aspects are extremely changeable and every now and then seem to bring with them negativity or negative situations. A very simple reason for this is that today we stand at the very end of the eternal world drama i.e. at the end of the Iron Age or Kaliyuga, when every human soul is in its last phase of its journey of birth and rebirth, a journey in which it has committed many mistakes, especially in the latter part of the journey, as it has continued to lose its spiritual power because it has performed many actions in the consciousness of the physical body.

So, the problems from time to time in all the above aspects of life are nothing but a reflection or karmic result of incorrect actions performed by each soul, especially in the latter part of this world drama.
If we are expecting a time to come in the present time, when all these will be absolutely fine and they will always be positive at all times, that will not be possible, not until the Iron Age or Kaliyuga reaches an end and we return back home to the soul world or the spiritual home of supreme peace of all human souls, after becoming completely pure. Until we return, for this purification to take place, we will need to settle all our accounts of our past negative karmas or incorrect actions, by spiritual empowerment as well as facing problems in these five aspects of life, not necessarily in all of them at the same time, but in one or more aspects from time to time and overcoming them with ease, positivity and power. Instead of running away from this reality we need to accept it completely and instead of looking at ways of keeping these aspects positive, which we will be able to do but only to some extent because there will be times when it will not be possible for us to change the negativity in these aspects completely, in spite of our deep efforts. We should look to resolve all problems of these aspects and we will be able to do it at times, but it will not be possible each time that these aspects will change for the better as much as we want and at the speed we desire, because a large number of past negative action accounts have to be settled in a short duration of time.

(To be continued tomorrow…)

Today's Learning
A Powerful Consciousness Of Faith To Overcome Obstacles (Part 1)

Today, reflect on how every difficulty is part of settling past accounts, and practice responding with positivity, patience and the power of acceptance rather than fear or frustration.
I'll practice this today

Vanakkam 🙏🏼Hanuman worship is a cornerstone of Hindu spiritual practice, symbolizing the path of bhakti (devotion), shakti (strength), and buddhi (intellect). Devotees often turn to Lord Hanuman for protection, courage, and the removal of obstacles.
Here are the primary spiritual and psychological benefits associated with Hanuman worship:
1. Cultivation of Courage and Confidence
Hanuman is known as Sankat Mochan (the dispeller of distress). Worshiping him is believed to:
Overcome Fear: Reciting the Hanuman Chalisa is often used as a tool to calm the mind and remove anxieties or phobias.
Build Inner Strength: He represents the triumph of the human spirit over physical and mental limitations, encouraging devotees to face challenges with resilience.
2. Mastery over the Mind and Senses
Despite his immense physical power, Hanuman is the ultimate Jitendriya (one who has conquered the senses).
Improved Focus: Devotion helps in channeling energy away from distractions and toward higher goals.
Humility: Hanuman’s character teaches that true power lies in service and humility rather than ego.
3. Protection from Malefic Planetary Influences
In Vedic astrology, Hanuman worship is frequently recommended to mitigate the perceived negative effects of Shani (Saturn).
Sade Sati Relief: It is a common belief that those who worship Hanuman are protected from the hardships associated with Saturn’s transit, as Lord Shani once promised Hanuman that he would never trouble his devotees.
4. Physical Health and Vitality
As the son of Vayu (the Wind God), Hanuman is the deity of Prana (life breath).
Energy and Stamina: Devotees often pray to him for recovery from long-standing illnesses and for physical vigor.
Discipline: The practice often encourages a Sattvic lifestyle, focusing on clean living and regular prayer.
5. Success in Intellectual Pursuits
Hanuman is described as Vidhyavan Guni Ati Chatur (highly learned, virtuous, and clever).
Wisdom: He is the patron of students and scholars, believed to grant the clarity of thought needed to excel in complex tasks.
Communication: He is considered a master of speech and grammar, helping devotees express themselves with wisdom and grace.
Common Practices
Tuesdays and Saturdays: These days are considered most auspicious for visiting Hanuman temples.
Offerings: Common offerings include sindoor (vermilion), jasmine oil, and sweets like boondi or besan ladoos.
Chanting: The repetition of the "Mantra" Om Hanumate Namah or the reading of the Sundara Kanda from the Ramayana.

Good morning 🙏🏼🌹🙏🏼
Why do we offer 3 kinds of fruit in prayer.?In Hindu traditions, offering fruit—often specifically three types—during prayer (Puja) is deeply symbolic. While the specific fruits can vary by region or deity, the number three and the act itself carry several layers of spiritual meaning.
1. The Symbolism of the Number Three
The number three is sacred in Hinduism, often representing the fundamental triads of the universe:
The Trimurti: Honoring the three main deities: Brahma (the Creator), Vishnu (the Preserver), and Shiva (the Destroyer).
The Three Gunas: Representing the balance of universal qualities: Sattva (purity/harmony), Rajas (passion/activity), and Tamas (darkness/inertia).
The Three Worlds: Acknowledging the physical earth (Bhu), the atmosphere (Bhuvah), and the heavens (Svahah).
2. Common "Must-Have" Fruits
In many rituals, especially in South Indian traditions, the "Three Essential Fruits" Banana and other seasonal fruit. However, in a standard Puja tray, you will almost always see:
Coconut: Often called Sriphala (God's fruit). Breaking it symbolizes smashing the human ego to reveal the pure, white interior (the soul) to God. The three "eyes" on a coconut are also said to represent the three eyes of Lord Shiva.
Banana: Considered a "pure" fruit because the tree grows from its own shoot rather than a seed from a partially eaten fruit. It symbolizes humility and selfless service.
Seasonal Variety: The third fruit is often a seasonal choice (like an apple, pomegranate, or grape), representing the bounty of nature and the "fruits of one's labor" being offered back to the Creator.
3. The Concept of Karma Phala
The Sanskrit word for fruit is Phala, which also means "result" or "consequence." By offering fruit to a deity, a devotee is symbolically:
Surrendering the results of their actions (Karma Phala) to God.
Practicing detachment, as taught in the Bhagavad Gita: "You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions."
Note: After the prayer, these fruits become Prasadam (sanctified food). They are shared among family and friends, symbolizing that God’s blessings are meant to be distributed and enjoyed by the community.

Good morning 🥰🙏🏼🥰
BG 10.4-5: From Me alone arise the varieties of qualities in humans, such as intellect, knowledge, clarity of thought, forgiveness, truthfulness, control over the senses and mind, joy and sorrow, birth and death, fear and courage, non-violence, equanimity, contentment, austerity, charity, fame, and infamy.

Commentary
In these two verses, Lord Krishna continues to confirm his Supreme Lordship and absolute dominion over all that exists in creation. Here, he mentions twenty emotions that manifest in a variety of degrees and combinations in different people to form the individual fabric of human nature. He declares that the various moods, temperaments, and dispositions of humankind all emanate from him.

Buddhi is the ability to analyze things in their proper perspective.

Jñānam is the ability to discriminate spiritual from material.

Asammoham is the absence of confusion.

Kṣhamā is the ability to forgive those who have harmed us.

Satyam is the veracity to declare the truth for the benefit of all.

Dam means restraining the senses from the sense objects.

Śham is restraint and control of the mind.

Sukham is the emotion of joy and delight.

Duḥkham is the emotion of sorrow and affliction.

Bhavaḥ is the perception of one’s existence “I am.”

Abhāvaḥ is the experience of death.

Bhaya is the fear of oncoming difficulties.

Abhaya is freedom from fear.

Ahinsā is abstinence from harming any being through word, deed, or thought.

Samatā is equanimity in good and bad situations.

Tuṣhṭi is feeling content in whatever comes by ones karma.

Tapa is voluntary austerities for spiritual benefit, in accordance with the Vedas.

Dān is giving in charity to one who is worthy.

Yaśh is fame arising from possessing good qualities.

Ayaśh is infamy for possessing bad qualities.

Shree Krishna states that all these qualities manifest in individuals to the extent sanctioned by him alone. Hence, he is the source of all good and bad natures in living beings. This can be likened to the electric power supplied by the power house being used by various gadgets. The same electric power passing through different gadgets creates different effects. It creates sound in one, light in the other, and heat in the third. Although the manifestations are different, their source is the same electric supply from the powerhouse. Similarly, the energy of God manifests in us positively or negatively according to our puruṣhārth (the actions we perform by exercising our freedom of choice) in the present and past lives.

Happy blessed Friday 🥰🙏🏼🪷vanakkam.

One day, you will look back and understand that God was never late. Not once. Every pause, every delay, every moment that tested your patience was part of His greater plan.
What felt like silence was never His absence; it was His quiet work behind the scenes.

While you were trying to rush the process, God was preparing you. While you were questioning the timing, He was aligning the right people, opening the right doors, and placing every piece exactly where it needed to be. Even the difficult moments had purpose, shaping you into who you needed to become.

What seems late in your eyes is always right on time in His. What feels like delay is often divine preparation.
So trust Him, even when you don’t understand. Because when it all comes together, you will see that God didn’t delay your life; He was directing it all along.

Good morning

Remember, most of your stress comes from the way you respond, not the way life is.

Life will always throw challenges, obstacles, and unexpected events your way.
But it is not the events themselves that overwhelm you.
It is how you choose to react to them.

Adjust your attitude.
Change how you see things.
Look for the good in every situation.

Every difficulty carries a lesson.
Every setback offers an opportunity to grow.

Stop carrying extra stress.
Let go of unnecessary worrying.
Release overthinking.

Peace begins when you take control of your perspective.
It starts when you choose to respond with calm instead of panic, with clarity instead of confusion.

Life may not always be easy, but how you handle it can make all the difference.

Focus on growth, not stress.
Focus on solutions, not problems.
And you will find yourself living with more peace, more clarity, and more joy.
Have a blessed day ahead take care of yourself and your family.

Good morning

A single smile or a gentle thought carries a quiet power that can brighten even the heaviest day

When we offer a piece of our heart through a small act of kindness, we are not just helping one person; we are planting a seed of hope that has the potential to grow and spread far beyond what we can see. These simple moments of connection remind us that no one is truly alone on their journey.

Every time we choose to be a source of encouragement, we inspire others to pass that same warmth along. This beautiful circle of care makes the world a softer and more peaceful place for everyone.

Let us be the light that helps others find their way, knowing that each small act adds up to a much greater force for good.

May your day be filled with sunshine, gentle blessings, and the joy of knowing you are a gift to those around you. When we offer a piece of our heart through a small act of kindness, we are not just helping one person; we are planting a seed of hope that has the potential to grow and spread far beyond what we can see. Good morning💞🌻💞🌻Balance 5 Types Of Health

Our ability to live well rests predominantly on 5 types of health: physical health, mental health, emotional health, social health and spiritual health. Being inter-connected, each of these dimensions contributes to our quality of life. When we think of health, we mostly pay attention to physical wellness. We are quick to notice if our body is fit or not, agile or not, healthy or not. There is very little emphasis on spiritual, mental, emotional and social health. A satisfying life needs us to nurture all aspects.

1
Spiritual health is the basis for emotional, mental, social and physical healing. Practice meditation to connect to God and fill yourself with His powers. Study spiritual wisdom daily. Create a compass of moral values and principles to live by.
2
For physical health, exercise daily for at least 20 minutes. Follow lifestyle disciplines of right eating, drinking and sleeping habits.
3
Emotional and mental health relies on right thinking, because it is your thoughts which come into words and behaviour, and create your destiny. Think right for people and situations even if they are not right. A clean mind radiates health to your body, whereas wrong thinking manifests into an illness.
4
To improve social health, stop wanting anything from people. Give according to your own capacity, with no expectations. Be a radiator of love, trust, respect, happiness.

Good morning.....💞🌻💞 Take care of your thoughts...When it comes to emotional baggage, we are not even aware of the heavily negative weight we are carrying.

1
No-one else can clean the emotions you have held on to, on your mind. Practice meditation and consume spiritual wisdom daily to know how to clear emotional toxins.
2
Pay attention to what you think and feel about yourself and other people. Accept them and radiate respect. Abstain from gossip, judgment and criticism. Think right for everyone. Be yourself, don’t copy others or seek public approval.
3
Don’t label small situations as challenges in life. Even if the worst has happened, never say – I cannot forget this or I cannot forgive this person. Releasing the past is one thought away.
4
Remaining internally light should be your priority. Love yourself and choose purity and positivity in your lifestyle. Focus on your goals and be disciplined in achieving them.

Happy blessed Tuesday 🥰🙏🏼🥰

At the end of life, what truly matters is not what we bought, but what we built; not what we got, but what we shared; not our competence, but our character; and not our success, but our significance.

Material possessions, accolades, and accomplishments may bring temporary satisfaction, but they do not define the legacy we leave behind. What endures is the impact we have on others, the love, kindness, and positive influence we share throughout our lives.

Building meaningful relationships, helping others, and acting with integrity create a life of value far beyond what money or status can achieve. Our character, how we treat people, how we stand by our principles, shapes how we are remembered.

True success is measured not by personal gain, but by the significance of your life to the people and the world around you. Live intentionally. Give generously. Love deeply.

A life that matters is a life of love, service, and purpose, the kind of life that leaves a mark long after we are gone.
