“ When I think about what matters most, I think about eternal things, God’s Word, and people.” w/..mSp

Family, over the years as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I have conducted many funerals, memorial services, and thanksgiving services. I have also visited people who were literally on their deathbeds in hospitals, nursing homes, and other places of care.

And one thing has become very clear to me:

“ The moments before and after death bring every person face to face with one great question:”

“ What did you believe in , and was it true?

It amazes me how many people plan for retirement more than they prepare for eternity.

I also heard of a preacher who left the ministry and became a plastic surgeon. He said something that stuck with me:

“ People spend more money taking care of their bodies than they do their souls.”

Family, deep down, what matters most is this: when everything else fades, what remains is “ God’s truth, eternal purpose, and the value of people “

Family , Meditate on these Scriptures:

Luke 12:15 [MSG / NKJV]
“Take care! Protect yourself against the least bit of greed. Life is not defined by what you have.”
“For one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.”

Mark 8:36–37 [NKJV]
“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?
Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?”

Ecclesiastes 3:11 [NKJV]
“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put ‘eternity’ in their hearts…”

Psalm 119:89 [NKJV]
“Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven.”

1 Peter 1:23 [NKJV]
“Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.”

[MSG]
“Your new birth comes from God’s living Word. Just think: a life conceived by God Himself.”

Colossians 3:2 [TPT]
“Fill your thoughts with heavenly realities, and not with the distractions of the natural realm.”

Family, in the end, what really matters is “ God’s Word, eternal purpose, and people.”

God’s Word is eternal.
The soul of man is eternal.
And people are eternal in value.

I believe relationships are far more important than possessions.
Love always values “ relationships over things.”

That is why the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15 is so powerful. He valued his inheritance more than his relationship with the Father and many people still do the same today.

Family, choose relationships over things. Choose what is eternal over what is temporary.

Because in the final moments of life, no one ever asks for things , they ask for people.
I have witnessed that again and again.

“ Powerful Confession “

I declare that I will live with eternity in view.
I will honor God’s Word as eternal truth.
I will value the soul of man as precious before God.
I will love people and prioritize relationships over possessions.
I will not live for the temporary, but for the eternal.
I will invest my life in what lasts forever “ God’s Word, the soul of man, and people. “
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“ God Moves in Our Moving “ w/ mSp
[Movement Is Key]

Family, sometimes the miracle you need requires movement.

God often works when we are willing to move.

Acts 17:28
For in Him we live and MOVE and have our being.”

God moves in our moving.

David and Goliath [1 Samuel 17]

The story of David and Goliath teaches us that movement matters.

David refused what did not fit him

When Saul tried to put his armor on David, David said:

1 Samuel 17:39 (MSG)
“ I can’t even MOVE with all this stuff on me. I’m not used to this.”

David took the armor off.
He knew he could not fight in something that restricted his movement.

1 Samuel 17:48 (NLT)
“ As Goliath moved closer to attack, David quickly ran out to meet him.”

David ran toward the giant.
He moved in faith, and God gave him victory.

Do not let the enemy restrict your movement in God.
In this season, make the right moves.
Make your best moves ‘ NOW ‘ by faith.

The Shunammite Woman [2 Kings 4]

The Shunammite woman understood honor and faith.

She and her husband made room for the prophet of God.
Because of that, the man of God prophesied that she would have a son.
And she did, according to the word of the Lord.

But years later, that same son died.

She moved quickly to find the man of God

She did not stay where she was.
She knew she had to move in order to see the miraculous..

2 Kings 4:24 (NKJV)
“ Then she saddled a donkey, and said to her servant, ‘Drive, and go forward; do not slacken the pace for me unless I tell you.’”

This woman did what was possible, so God could do what was impossible.

Family, sometimes you must do what you can do, so God can do what only He can do.

Gideon and the 300 [Judges 8]

Gideon led 300 men against a much larger army.

He did not stop halfway.
He kept moving until the victory was complete.

Judges 8:4–5 (MSG)
“ Gideon and his three hundred arrived at the Jordan and crossed over. They were bone-tired but still pressing the pursuit.

A partial victory is not enough.
Keep moving.
Do not stop early.
Do not let fatigue, fear, or limitation keep you from pressing forward.

Joshua and the Jordan River [Joshua 3]

When Israel came to the Jordan River, it was flooded and impossible to cross in the natural.

But God told the priests to take the first step.

[Joshua 3:13 ]and [Joshua 3:15–17]
When the priests stepped into the water, the waters stopped and backed up.

Obedience requires movement.
Stop thinking and start stepping.
Stop waiting and start moving in God.

Do not take a Kit Kat break and become stagnant.

What sits too long goes bad.

Do not let the enemy put restrictions on you.
Do not let fear, delay, or limitation stop your movement.

- God moves in our moving.
- Movement is key.
- Direction matters.
- Sometimes the miracle requires action.
- Do what you can, and God will do what you cannot.
- Do not stop halfway.
- Step forward in obedience.
- Keep moving, and God will give more direction.

Family, “ you and I were designed to be God’s sound system on the earth.”
‘ It is time to turn up the volume.’ w/.. mSp

“ There Is a Sound of Victory “

This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Psalm 118:24

Family, I truly believe that ‘ victory has a sound ‘
So today, be joyful, celebrate, and make some noise!

God is a God who celebrates, and we, His people, should be a celebrating people as well.

‘ The Sound of Victory’

A ‘ new season ‘ requires the release of ‘ a new sound ‘

Deuteronomy 1:34 says,
“ And the Lord heard the sound of your words…”

Family, God hears the sound of our words and even the tone of our voices.

Your voice is your address in the spirit.

Q ; Does your life LOOK , like your lips SOUND ‘

There is no such thing as “ silent faith “

Faith Must Be Vocalised

In ‘ 2 Chronicles 15:12–14 ‘ the people of God made a covenant to seek the Lord wholeheartedly, holding nothing back … They did not keep their commitment secret. They shouted their promise to God with joy, accompanied by trumpets and ram’s horns.

Family, their faith was not hidden.
They vocalized their faith.

When I think about the early church, I remember that they had no fancy building, no multimedia equipment, and no celebrity preachers. In fact, they had no sound system.

“ The people were God’s sound system on the earth.”

Family, you and I were designed to be God’s sound system on the earth.
It is time to turn up the volume!

“ Faith has a sound.”
And the sound of faith produces the sight of victory.

“ Praise Goes First”

In Judges 20:18 , before the battle, the Israelites asked the Lord which tribe should go first, and the Lord answered, “ Judah is to go first.”

Why Judah first?
Because ‘ Judah means praise ‘

Family, praise opens the heavens.
Praise is the sound of victory.
Praise is the language of triumph.

The King Is Among Us

Numbers 23:21 says,
“ The Lord their God is with them, and the shout of the King is among them.”

The King within us will shout through us, causing the glory and power of God to rise and our enemies to scatter.

When heaven moves, something is always heard on earth.

Faith Has a Sound

Family, faith is never silent.

Faith speaks.
Faith declares.
Faith confesses.
Faith cries out.

The enemy cannot stand against a believer who makes noise in faith.
He cannot endure a saint who boldly declares the promises of God.

When you release your faith with your voice, hell takes notice.

So family, let us keep sounding our faith.
Let us keep declaring God’s Word.
Let us keep lifting a holy sound before the Lord.

Q : Does your life LOOK , like your LIPS Sound.

Confession

I believe God’s victory is working in my life.
My faith has a sound, and my praise will go before me.
I will declare God’s Word with boldness, and I will walk in victory.
Amen.

“Everyone needs a friend who makes them better.” W/.. mSp

“We are better together.”

Listen: “ Your purpose requires people.”

Family, “ your greatest gifts walk into your life on two legs** (just sayin’).
“ Our purpose requires people.”

“ You cannot find your purpose until you find your people.”

I do believe “ Ruth found her purpose “ in connecting with **Naomi** and her family.

Ruth 1:16–17
V16 “ For wherever you go, I will go; and wherever you lodge, I will lodge; your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.”
V17 “ Where you die, I will die, and there will I be buried. The Lord do so to me, and more also, if anything but death parts you and me.”

Family, in ‘ Mark 2:3–11 ‘ four friends full of faith and expectation carried a paralyzed man to Jesus. Jesus forgave his sins and said to him, “ Arise, take up your bed, and go home.”

Family, I do believe we can accomplish more together than apart.
“ We are better together. “

Here’s a question:
Do you have people or friends in your life who will push you deeper into God’s plans for your life?

In the book of ‘ Daniel, chapter 1, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego , had Daniel. The four of them were better together.

Daniel 1:20
“And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.”

Family, Daniel and his friends were not only better together, they were “ ten times better together.”

Family, ‘ life is better together. Let’s get better together.’ We need each other.

Family, do you know you can’t be you without the rest of the body?

“Happiness is not about WHAT we have in life; it’s more about WHO we have in our lives.”

We grow together.

“ Those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.”
Proverbs 11:25 NLT

Family, “ our purpose requires people.”

Faith Confession
“ I confess that God has placed the right people in my life. I am connected to purpose, I am strengthened by godly relationships, and I will grow, thrive, and fulfill the plans of God with the people He has assigned to me. In Jesus’ name, amen.”

“ Common sense is not common at all”.. w/ mSp

“ Train me in good common sense.”
Psalm 119:65–66 (MSG)

Friends, you can get an education in the palace, but ‘wisdom and common sense’ often come from the desert , that’s what happened to Moses. We thank God for education, but my prayer today is:

“ God, train me in good common sense.”
Psalm 119:65–66 (MSG)

Truth be told, common sense is not common at all in some of us.

The Bible says:

“ The words of the godly encourage many, but fools are destroyed by their lack of common sense.”
Proverbs 10:21 (NLT)

Family, in order to make the best decisions, we need more than just information, we need common sense & wisdom ‘ , listen we need God ‘.

“ Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.”
Proverbs 3:5–6 (NLT)

Good information does not guarantee a good decision.

Solomon , is a perfect example.
God gave him wisdom, understanding, and a large heart:

“ And God gave Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great understanding, and largeness of heart like the sand on the seashore.”
1 Kings 4:29 (NKJV)

Family , God has given you a beautiful mind and blessed you with supernatural wisdom and common sense.

Family, book sense , information and intellect , is one thing, but common sense is another. I would rather flow with common sense just saying ..

“ You can get all A’s and still flunk life.”[True story.]

Go back to Proverbs 10:21 (NLT)

“ The words of the godly encourage many, but fools are destroyed by their lack of common sense.”

Sometimes our mouths and reactions operate before our brains get synchronized. The young at times speak before they think, but mature people learn to think before they speak.

Sense is sense, and faith is faith. When faith begins to make sense, it is no longer faith , it is sense. Hope this makes sense.

The Scripture declares that good counsel and sound wisdom are from God. I believe strong counsel, sound wisdom, and common sense are your portion. I pray that the Spirit of counsel and might continues to flow through you.

Faith Confession

I receive the wisdom of God.
I will not lean on my own understanding.
God is training me in good common sense, sound judgment, and divine wisdom.
My mind is blessed, my decisions are guided, and my words are seasoned with grace.
I have the Spirit of counsel and understanding.
I will not be destroyed by lack of wisdom.
I walk in God’s direction, God’s wisdom, and God’s peace.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
