Meet and Greet 2026 👋🏽 - 14 Feb 2026

A sabbath out in nature is always the best. This past sabbath our Pathfinders had their annual meet and greet where we play bible games and meet our teachers for the year. It’s always great fun.

We are excited to start our curriculums in new classes with new teachers and new experiences. 💚💛

We are the Pathfinders strong, and joyful and faithful Adventurers 💚💛 ❤️💙

On sabbath, 07 Feb 2026, our Pathfinders and Adventurers had their annual Induction program. On this warm Paarl afternoon our Pathfinders and Adventurers along with their parents inducted themselves in our clubs along with various church members. Thank you to everyone who availed themselves to support our growing junior youth ministries in Paarl East church.

Please continue to pray for our children and our leaders as we take on the year.

Sunshine, smiles, and lots and lots of sunblock ☀️💦⛱️🍉🧴

Our Pathfinders enjoyed a lovely year end function at De Hollandsche Mollen this past sunday. With jumping off the high board, doing tricks on trampolines and sliding into the water we had a fun filled day in the sun.

After a long year it was great to just lay in the sun and swimming your heart out.

Investiture 2024 💚💛 💙❤️

In the blink of an eye, our year has officially come to an end. We had a long year filled with events but thank you to all Pathfinders, Adventurers, counselors, parents, Deputies and Directors for all your hard work and dedication.

We had the greatest privilege to bring over 4 Adventurers to the Pathfinder club. 🎉

Curriculum = done and dusted 💃🏽

This morning our Pathfinders had their final assessment for the year. Thank you to every counselor, director, and Master Guide that presented a class or class requirement to our club. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

The last stretch 🙌🏽

This past Sunday, 10 November 2024, our pathfinder club went to Paarl Mountain to complete the last of our outdoor requirements. Hiking, fire building, 1 match fires, bread-on-a-stick and many other requirements were completed in a day of fun in the mountain.

Old age home visit - 12 October 2024 🌸

Our Pathfinders, with the help of the Men’s ministries of our church went to the old age home this past sabbath. We handed out love packs with soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes for the elderly.
