Charisma Life Tabernacle About Us

Charisma Life Tabernacle is an Apostolic and Prophetic New Testament Church founded by Apostle Kabelo J. Moroke. Kabelo J. Our Statement of Faith

1.
(1)

Moroke, the visionary and founder, was burdened with an honour and honoured with a burden by the Lord with a prophetic and apostolic ministry which has impacted many to date. He is God's prophetic apostle in our generation. Selfsame he is the founder of Kairos Apostolic Relationships and he is currently overseeing over 50 growing churches that are apostolic & prophetic in nature in Souh Africa and

beyond. He is a strong believer in biblical principles and values his relationship with the Holy Spirit. Charisma Life Tabernacle is both a Word-based and Spirit-filled ministry. It seeks to fulfill its mission of sending out TEAMS by training, equipping, activating, maturing and sending out believers to walk in their God-given calling for the fulfillment of God's purposes in our generation, impacting the next. There are two branches that one can visit, one is located in Pretoria, Akasia Connect Conference Centre and Duduza, Duduza Resource Centre. Please do fellowship with us, we are ready to welcome you. We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, in their original writing, as fully inspired of God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life.

2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and is true God and true man.

4. We believe that God created man in His own image; that man sinned and thereby incurred the penalty of sin which is death physically and spiritually; that all human beings inherit a sinful nature which issues (in the case of those who reach moral responsibility) in actual transgression involving personal guilt.

5. With regards to sexual behaviour, we believe in heterosexual relationships between a natural man and a natural woman within the confines of lawful matrimony.

6. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins a substitutionary sacrifice according to the Scriptures and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood.

7. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus, His ascension into Heaven, and His present life as our High Priest and Advocate.

8. We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

9. We believe that all who repent of their sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.

10. We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, empowering and equipping believers for service, with the accompanying supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit; and in fellowship with the Holy Spirit. We believe in the divinely ordained ministries of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher.

11. With regards to submission to authority, we believe in the principle of being in authority because you are under authority. As such, it is understood that membership shall be subject to submission to authority in matters pertaining to church governance, doctrine and personal behaviour.

12. We believe in the resurrection of both the just and the unjust, the eternal blessedness of the redeemed, and the eternal banishment of those who have rejected the offer of salvation.

13. We believe that the one true Church is the whole company of those who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ and regenerated by the Holy Spirit; that the local church on earth should take its character from this concept of the Church spiritual and therefore, that the new birth and personal confession of Christ are essentials of church membership.

14. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ appointed two ordinances – Baptism in water and the Lord’s Supper to be observed as acts of obedience and as perpetual witnesses to the cardinal facts of the Christian faith, that Baptism is the immersion of the believer in water as a confession of identification with Christ in burial and resurrection and that the Lord’s Supper is the partaking of the emblems symbolic of the Saviour’s broken body and shed blood, in remembrance of His sacrificial death, until he comes.

15. We believe that divine healing was provided for in the Old and New Testament and is an integral part of the Gospel.

16. We believe that the Bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord. We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of the new birth and continuing until the consummation of salvation.

17. We believe the Leadership of the local church has the authority from the scriptures to withdraw the membership of any member for serious, unrepentant misconduct or similar cause.

18. The Church is open to any further truth, which the Holy Spirit may illuminate from the Scriptures.

It was yet another blessed Sunday at Charisma Life Tabernacle. At the Johannesburg South campus in Alberton, the "Face of an Ox" hosted the service, and focused on the subject of faith. The minister shared scriptural references, emphasizing that a believer who lives by faith must be yielded and surrendered to God, and that faith is not an event but a lifestyle!

The main sermon was a time of prayer led by Apostle Felix Mashingaidze. The service concluded with family announcements regarding the direction of Charisma Life Tabernacle, delivered by our church chairpersons—Pastor Modise Moloi and Pastor Linda Makhowane—together with our Senior Pastor, fathership Apostle Kabelo Moroke.

Indeed it was a blessed Sunday this past weekend at Charisma Life Tabernacle. The service was hosted by the Face of a man, preluding on mental health from a biblical perspective. The Face shared that mental stability was significantly changed in the garden of Eden due to the fall of mankind in the opening chapters of Genesis – the soul and flesh were empowered, and hence heaviness in the soul. In tackling this subject, the fields of psychology and theology should avoid extremes in their respective fields of study, and there should be a balance between the two. Though redeemed in the spirit, we must continuously work on the soul to avoid using the sword of the spirit in a malicious manner.

The main sermon was delivered by Pastor Modise Moloi, titled ‘Principles of serving in the local church’. The key foundation of the sermon was the Mary and Martha story in Luke 10:38-42. The two had different approaches to ministering unto Jesus, and they have important positive aspects of serving that a believer should learn. This is needful, as the coming of the Holy Spirit to the church is dependent on the relationships among believers.

There are Mary and Martha types of believers in a church. A believer must draw from both of their positions and acts of serving; there must be a balance between the two types of service, as they individually – and as described in other accounts – contributed actively to Jesus’ ministry. The following are two of the four principles one should demonstrate towards serving in a local church:

1. Discern the times and how serving must be performed. Avoid distractions of being too busy for the work of the Lord, as this will cause devotion to be neglected, making a believer to excel in the work of the Lord, but not excel in their respective walk with the Lord.
2. Serve with willing hearts. When hearts do not want to serve, an individual will create excuses for not serving. Before you give your hand to a ministry, a believer must first give their hearts.

The teaching this past Sunday delivered by Prophet Faith Mofokeng, described wisdom as the response to God. Proverbs 9:10 says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Therefore, wisdom is the product of the fear of the Lord. Fear refers to reverence, or honour, and demonstrates obedience to God. That posture of obedience is where wisdom begins to grow.

The fear of the Lord is indicated by wisdom, humility, and a life that is consecrated in an individual. It is important to pursue wisdom, for it enables a believer to discern and carry seasons. Wisdom teaches us when to speak and when to remain silent, when to move forward and when to pause.

God is the source of wisdom; it does not come by experience nor intelligence. As the teaching reminded us, wisdom is not first about knowing more—it is about responding in obedience to God.

At Pretoria CLT, we celebrated Mother’s Day by honouring the mothers who are a gift to us all, women who embody gentleness, strength, and wisdom. A special moment of honour was extended to our beautiful mother, Prophet Nompumelelo Moroke for the grace and love she continually pours into the body of Christ.

The service began with intercession, followed by worship ministry by the Altar of Incense and a prelude by Mrs Lerato Mwale who taught on the person and ministry of the Holy Spirit.

The Lord ministered to the saints through the laying on of hands and the prophetic ministry led by Apostle Kabelo Moroke.

Led by Face of A Lion, our Doctrine Sunday was ushered in by our Preluder - Mr Mzwandile Mahlangu who diligently expounded on the topic of Baptism. With simplicity and patience, he taught and delivered the topic for the edification of the saints.

Pastor Thulani Dlamini taught from the book of Luke 18, warning, teaching and convicting us on earthly treasures and true treasures stored in heaven.

The teaching profoundly demonstrated the cost and reward of both earthly/momentary treasures and heavenly/eternal treasures.

It was an altogether lovely day of fellowship in the presence of the Lord.

Pastor Dean Dibedi

Scripture, which is the word of God is enough for a believer. Born-again children of God are of the seed of Christ prophesied in Isaiah 53:10. The birthing of the believers which is demonstrated on the cross, is the 14th missing genealogy in Matthew 1:1-17, which only accounts 13 generations. Altogether the generations from Abraham to Jesus must be 42. We learn from the case of Mephibosheth, that from birth he gained a physical disability, however that disability did not erase him from the royal bloodline he was born from according to his genealogy. King Saul was cursed that his kingdom will not stand (1 Samuel 13:14), and he was in Mephibosheth’s blood line, so that too could have been counted against him, as Mephibosheth was restored back to royalty because of a covenant made to Jonathan his grandfather.

It is within God’s sovereignty to institute or break generational curses. As believers are birthed from the Christ (seed) and we inherit the benefits of the Jesus’ bloodline.

Not an ordinary Sunday at CLT Pretoria.

An assembly marked by the move of the Holy Spirit, prophetic flow, deliverance, and healing evident among us.

A stirring of prayer and intercession, drawing us back to our prayer altars. A time of equipping, strengthening, and realignment in purpose and destiny.

There is a visible wave of God, felt, seen, and received by every open heart.

It was a true encounter!
