Heb 6:1-3 Laat ons nie stilstaan by die eerste dinge wat aangaande Christus verkondig word nie, maar verder gaan na die volle inhoud van die boodskap. Ons wil nie opnuut die fondament lê deur te praat oor die bekering uit 'n leefwyse wat tot die dood lei nie, of oor geloof in God, die leer van die doop en die handoplegging, die opstanding van die dooies en die ewige oordeel nie. Heb 6:1-3 Therefor

e leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, 2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
3 And this will we do, if God permit.
