“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done.” Philippians 4:6

When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to fall into worry, but God invites us to take a different approach. Instead of being weighed down by worry, we are called to bring every concern to Him in prayer. By laying our needs at His feet, we acknowledge His power and sovereignty over all things.

Thanksgiving is equally important—it shifts our focus from what we lack to the many ways God has already provided. Gratitude builds faith and reminds us of His faithfulness.

So today, choose prayer over worry. Trust that God hears your every cry, meets your every need, and surrounds you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. God bless you abundantly.
