PIKANINI KLEUTERSKOOL
The Pikanini nursery school is in one of the poorest areas of Pretoria. It has 24 children ages 3-5 and is currently housed in a temporary structure. The current sponsor has withdrawn with the result that the school will have to close down within the near should alternative sources not be secured to fund the daily operational costs of he school. The school provides a safe haven for the children where they are not only nurtured and schooled, but also receive two meals a day.
We were touched to see the conditions of the school. We are trying to find sponsors to keep the school operational. Also to upgrade the facilities. Please contact Anne-marie 083-308-4186 (Hanna's charity) or Irma: 083-283-6879.
