Quinton Douman was born and raised in Eldorado Park which is a suburb of Johannesburg in South Africa. Quinton is a very grateful man and believes that the spirit of gratitude and the skill of conscious appreciation is the answer to many of life’s challenges.

He is husband to Liesl Douman, Father of Demi and Christian Douman and his entire existence is defined by the belief that he is unconditionally and eternally loved by God.

Quinton is a Certified Corporate Speaker with the International Association of Corporate Speakers (IACS) and like many other legendary speakers such as Zig Ziglar, Larry Wilson, Steve Siebold and Brian Tracy; Quinton Douman has also received his training from the Bill Gove School of Professional Speaking. Quinton is one of only two South Africans to graduate from the Bill Gove Speech Course. Quinton is also a certified NLP practitioner.
