Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we are reminded that su***de does not discriminate by age, gender, race, or background. It can affect anyone.
As a church, we stand in support of su***de prevention. Let us choose kindness, compassion, and understanding. Let us be careful not to judge what we may not understand.
Let us pray for our world, our communities, our families, and especially our children and young people. Let us check on one another, listen without judgment, and offer support to those who may be struggling.
Sometimes, a simple “Are you okay?” can make a difference. ❤️
Let us support one another. Let us care for one another. Together, we can help prevent su***de.
