Luke 5:17
And there came out Pharisees and teachers of the law from Galilee, Judea and Jerusalem as Jesus was teaching. And the power of the Lord was present to heal.

The most astonishing thing is what happened when the four guys carrying their paralysed dude couldn't pe*****te inside the house because of the crowd. It is their attitude, character and behaviour they displayed inorder to access healing for their friend.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He never changes and unfortunately its humans who change because the attitude, character and behaviour of the early church is completely different from today's folks.

When we come into our gatherings what determines our relationship with God is what I have mentioned above. Healing, deliverance, miracles, signs and wonders still hapen today but what buffles most with us today is our attitude, character and behaviour towards the Word,prayer, worship, praise and thanksgiving.

At Shiloh, God was no more heard but Hana kept going with her husband to the same place to offer their sacrifices and when the time for their sacrifice was come it was her attitude, character and behaviour which first was misunderstood by the priest yet it was the catalyst for her miracle.

Hallelujah, God is not a man that he should lie, His promises are Yes and Amen. Church if we can possess the understanding of the men in Luke 5 who brought their paralysed friend to Jesus our relationship with God will never be the same again. If we can inherit the Hana type of attitude, character and behaviour our prayers abd and worship could provoke the Heavens.

Are we not caught unaware as watchman, even as the church witnesses turmoil happen around the World with cases where as believers we are even ashamed of standing for the Truth because we fear the World.
