𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞:
On the 14 June 2026, our Sunday school divine service was conducted by our Rector G.Halls.

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞:
God thinks about us and gives us a future and hope.

𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭:
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope" Jeremiah 29:11

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞:
■ His thoughts are thoughts of peace.
■ God not only grants us a future here in this world but even goes beyond that to promise us eternal fellowship with Himself.
■ The hope that God gives us strengthens us today and gives us courage in all circumstances.

On Sunday, 14 June 2026, our divine service was conducted by our Rector G.Halls, and Priest E.Koeberg was called upon to serve along.

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞:
We serve in the joy that Christ is near us.

𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭:
"Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." — Nehemiah 8:10 (excerpt) (NKJV)

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞:
■ Christians are called to serve God joyfully in the church.
■ When we serve, let us be aware that we are serving both God and our neighbor.
■ When we serve with enthusiasm, our witness can be inviting.
■ The deepest source of our joy is the nearness of Jesus Himself.

On Monday, 18 May, our young people gathered at church to engage in a discussion in preparation for Pentecost this coming Sunday!

On the 17th of May 2026, Our Rector G. Halls conducted the service and Priest B. Williams was called to serve alongside.

📖The Bible Text: Acts 1:8
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

💬The Message:
“Pentecost is the reminder that heaven does not leave God’s children powerless.
The Holy Spirit still moves.
Still strengthens.
Still sends.
Still burns within willing hearts.”

The young people in the congregation also had the opportunity to participate in various duties where they could take the lead.

After service, the Sunday School also had their Pentecost presentation.

It was truly a blessed and memorable Divine Service, filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit.

On the 10 of May 2026, our Rector G.Halls conducted the service, and Priest M.Campson was called to service alongside.

📖The Bible Text: Phillippians 3 verse 13:14, Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended, but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

💬The Message:
Let us remain focus on the goal of faith.
■ We must run the race with faithfulness and endurance.
We have received the grace to run this race through our election, which is both a gift and a mission. This challenges us to remain focused and align our lives with Christ daily.

Remaining faithful in trials

On Wednesday, 06 May 2026, our divine service was officiated by our District Rector, Shepherd Theo Jansen.

📖 The Bible text that served as basis for the service was taken from Luke 22:28–29, "But you are those who have continued with Me in My trials. And I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me."

Before the celebration of Holy Communion, our District Rector adopted sister Rhenesia Johnson into our faith.
