JESUS NATION WEEK CELEBRATION PART 1
The word of GOD by Pastor Lawrence
John 10:1 — "Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheeppen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber."
You are a sheep, and by nature, sheep require leadership. Whoever seeks access to your mind, your heart, and your life must enter legally through the gate. Anyone or anything that tries to bypass the door, sneaking in through your vulnerabilities, your wounds, or your fears, is a thief. The enemy does not ask for permission; he breaks in to steal, kill, and destroy. But Jesus enters through the front door of truth, love, and light.

The Myth of Independence: Who Rules the Inside?
We like to believe we are completely independent, but the spiritual reality is that nobody truly controls themselves. There is always a driving force operating within us. We are either being directed by the Spirit of God or manipulated by the currents of this world.
The righteous are controlled and anchored by God. The way we live, the choices we make, and the peace we carry are direct results of Who lives on the inside of us.
If you are not independent, what force is currently driving your decisions? How did your current "shepherd" gain access to your heart? Was it through the door of faith, or did a spirit of anxiety, pride, or bitterness climb over the wall while you weren't watching?

Recognizing the Voice
John 10:3-4 — "The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out... his sheep follow him because they know his voice."
When the True Shepherd enters, a deep recognition happens. The sheep know His voice. When He directs them to move, they listen. When He tells them to step out in faith, they follow.
Therefore, we must ask ourselves the ultimate question: Whose voice are you listening to?
Is it the voice of the Shepherd calling you to holiness and peace?
Or is it the voice of a stranger the voice of media, peer pressure, doubt, or past trauma?

A Seven-Day Shepherd, Not a Sunday Guide
You only have one True Shepherd who has the right to lead you and direct your steps. Jesus Christ is not a part-time guide. He must not only lead your steps on Sunday morning while you are inside the church walls; He must be the Lord of your Monday decisions, your Tuesday finances, your Wednesday relationships, and your weekend conduct.
True sheep do not just visit the Shepherd once a week; they dwell in His presence daily. Let Him hold the reins of your life every single moment.
