What do you stand for?

There is two things about life on earth:
1. To live it - God gave us life to live it
2. And to die - that's what happens after living - we all shall die one day

• now let's look at living life - million dollar question is, how do you want to live you life?
- the answer has to be very personal
- how you live your life will only be determined by what you live for.
What do you live for?
What do you represent here on earth?
What does life mean to you? (If you are really alive these questions must be answered without effort).
People who live for nothing usually interrupts those who are living for something!!
Or are never happy with the progress of those who are living for something!!

The moment you find what to live for, means the following:
• you have found your true calling
• what you live for will dictate how you live your life - (it's going to be your drive)
• what you live for will push you to the limit everyday.
• what you live for will determine the reward you attain at the end of this life or when you die.

√ the Apostle Paul says, "for me to live is Christ...that is what he lives for.
√ Jesus said, "my food is to do the will of Him who sent me...He lived to do the will of God
√ Mandela said, "I cherish the idea of a democratic and free society, I hope to live for this and to achieve...
All these three lived for something!!

Let's focus on us, me and you, and let's ask the question: what do I live for? If you don't have an answer today, have a meeting with yourself and don't adjourn until you have found something to live for!!! To be continued...God is Able!!

Protect what gives your worth by giving it it's worth.

It is the gospel of Jesus Christ that gives us our worth.
The message of grace transforms us into worthy sons and daughters.
John says behold the manner of love the father has given that we should called children of God.

To the church in Philippi the Apostle asks the church to return the favour by doing the following:

• he says conduct yourselves in a manner worth of the gospel or of the favour you have received.
- Change the way you conduct yourselves for the sake of the grace that you have been given.
- Let's strive to do what will distinguish us from the world for the sake of the gospel as a church.
(Irrespective of the circumstances and especially in very trying circumstances)

• stand fast in one spirit - he instruct them - the church needs more spiritual cohesion in our days and time

Man shall have victory over the battles of this life by the power of every word that comes from the mouth of God.
¶.Our body needs energy - which bread can provide - because we are in the body we do need bread.
¶. But life is bigger than what our bodies desire...
¶. The issues of life needs people who are spiritually empowered.
¶. To attain victory over the issues of life we have to be spiritually empowered.
¶. The word of God is the source of our spiritual empowerment.
¶. Looking for answers pertaining life issues? Go to the word of God!!
¶. For only His word shall be a lamp unto your feet. And when the world walks in darkness, you shall walk in the full light of His glory.
¶. When the world walks in fear of death you shall walk in new hope of the salvation of your God. For salvation comes only from the Lord and all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.
¶. When people perceive the end of everything, you shall rejoice in the restoration of your maker. Knowing that He will restore you.
¶.Only your God holds everything together by His powerful.
¶. This how people who are spiritually empowered behave during trying times:
- they rejoice in hope - they don't loose hope - they look beyond the ordeal and see restoration - they see times of refreshing after the ordeal
- they are patient during trials - they patiently go through the season knowing it's just for a little while - trials are never permanent.
- lastly they pray constantly - without ceasing they persist in prayer.
This is their way of resistance and the enemy shall flee!!!
