Genesis 26
1. God can bless you even during difficult times
Isaac experienced a famine, but God told him not to leave the land and promised to be with him.
“Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you.” — Genesis 26:3
This teaches us that a difficult season does not mean God has abandoned you. Sometimes the blessing is not in escaping the difficult season but in learning how God can sustain you through it.
💧 2. Keep digging your wells
One of the strongest lessons in Genesis 26 is Isaac's wells.
Isaac dug wells that his father's servants had previously dug, but the Philistines filled them with earth. Isaac dug again and again. When there was conflict over one well, he moved and dug another.
Eventually he dug a well where there was no dispute, and he said:
“Now the LORD has given us room and we will flourish in the land.” — Genesis 26:22

Just like Nicodemus, he went in the middle of the night to meet up with the saviour. He was a man of stature but he humbled himself for his salvation, so what are you waiting for.... receive your salvation from the Lord.

The "Woman of Proverbs" Proverbs 31:30

She represents a woman of strong character, wisdom, faith, and integrity. Her qualities

include:
She fears and honors God.
She is trustworthy and faithful.
She is hardworking and diligent.
She cares for her family and provides for their needs.
She is wise in her words and kind in her actions.
She is compassionate to the poor and those in need.
She manages her home and resources responsibly.
She is respected by her family and community.
She is strong, dignified, and confident about the future.

"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised."

In essence, a Proverbs 31 woman is not defined by outward beauty alone, but by her faith, wisdom, strength, love, and godly character.

She is an example of a woman who positively influences her family, community, and those around her.

Let us celebrate this women's month with honor, integrity, respect, love and unity.

Mark 5:20-25,36

Faith is Humble and Urgent
Jairus was a _synagogue leader, he had position, respect, money. But when his daughter was dying, he threw all of that down and _“fell at Jesus’ feet” begging.

Faith lesson: Real faith doesn’t care about image. It gets desperate. Jairus didn’t say, _“If it’s Your will…” He said, “Come now, she’s dying.” Faith brings your worst-case situation to Jesus without pretending you’re okay.

just like Jairus, there are certain situations that need you to bow, it doesn't need you to show positions or anything, sometimes where you feel is the end of you, that's where Jesus is on his start. Because what people calls death, to Jesus is sleeping as he says not yet doesn't mean no but it means your time hasn't arrived yet.
