Above many things David could pray for ..he prays To God that do not cast me out of ur presence nor take away your holy spirit from me..

May God align you with his word so that we may ask and pray according to his will and purpose..for the spirit helps us to pray for that which we did not even regard as a necessity..

Psalms 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me..

Its a wonderful day...enter his gates with thanks giving...
Both to those who are going to church and those who will not be attending today..just know that God is so inlove with his children...hence he say to the Samaritan women,the time shall come wher neither any will go to Jerusalem or mountains to worship the father but wherever you are you shall worship the father. .
The most preferred worship of all is that of the truth and of spirit.. lets fall inlove with God just as much as he is inlove with us ..

Benefits of fasting
A fasting it does not benefit God and wen u fast u also not doing God any favor.
Fasting is for ur own benefit as much as u are in the flesh u are a spiritual being and ur spirit need to be fed also..by denying urself things which u depend on as ur source of strength and sourcing from the spirit.
So through fasting we lay low the flesh and uplift ur spirit..

Fasting is one of the gateway to evoking Gods presence..for an encounter with God.so discipline and concetration and dedication are required for a great encounter with God..

May God meet u at the point of ur need..

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

It is the spirit of God that dwells in us that which will quicken our mortal bodies.
Nothing else can do but the spirit..it has to live in you..it has to be part of you..allow it to work in you..lest ye be cast off from this promise of life eternal.
