For with the Holy Spirit comes Intelligence. You get to realize, you cannot learn about your Destiny, it is actually Revelled to you and that's how the devil knows very well that he cannot UNDO what the Lord has already DONE in you, he can only Distruct you to Delay you to SEE and LIVE according to your PURPOSE.

Something Revolutionary happened after Jethro confronted Moses over his : Moses moved from merely to . Note, is crucial!
Instead of doing all the judging himself, he released other Leaders to join him and Lead according to their gifts. At this point the government of Israel grew exponentially. was happening 👌. Once Jethro had Moses, Moses began to empower other Leaders. Notice the changes Moses made in his methods. He changed his way of thinking and his way of Working:
1. He became a man of Prayer
2. He committed himself to Communication
3. He laid out the Vision
4. He developed a plan
5. He Selected and Trained the Leaders
6. He released them to do the Work
7. He did only what they Could not Do
What really happened when Moses TRANSFORMED? God supplied Strength for Moses, Peace for the people, and Empowerment for a host of New Leaders. #(Ex. 18v23)
