When God was busy with creation, He spoke a word and it existed. When He created human being , He used His own hands and blew His spirit in him. He created human in His own image so we may be like Him. This shows how special we are to God that he took His time creating us, on top of that He made sure that we are like Him. He made us gods on top of the creation He made.So whatever it is you want to happen speak a word on that thing, have faith and it will come into existence.

Jesus Christ is still the same yesterday ,today,tomorrow & forever more.John 1:1 In In the beginning [before all time] was the Word ([a]Christ), and the Word was with God, and [b]the Word was God Himself. 2 He was [continually existing] in the beginning [co-eternally] with God. 3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him not even one thing was made that has come into being. 4 In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men. 5 The Light shines on in the [c]darkness, and the darkness did not understand it or overpower it or appropriate it or absorb it [and is unreceptive to it].Jesus Christ was there before all things were created.Through Him all things were created.This scripture really gives us assurity that Jesus Christ is indeed God.
