Day 1 Prayers and Fasting : 2 January 2026

THEME OF THE YEAR : ANCHORED IN FAITH

SCRIPTURES

Hebrews 6:19* – “This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil.”
- *Hebrews 11:1* – “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”
- *Proverbs 3:5* – “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”
- *John 14:27* – “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
- *Matthew 7:24‑25* – “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, ,because it had its foundation on the rock.”

- "Heavenly Father, we come to You with grateful hearts, thanking You for being our rock and anchor in every storm. You are our steady foundation, our secure refuge, and our guiding light. Help us trust You more each day, and may our lives reflect Your love and truth. In Jesus' name, Amen."

- "Lord, we gather as Your people, seeking Your presence and guidance. You are our anchor in the chaos, our peace in the storm, and our hope in uncertainty. Help us fix our eyes on You, trust Your plan, and follow Your lead. Strengthen our faith and keep us rooted in Your love, Amen."

- God, we thank You for Your Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Help us anchor our hearts in Your truth and trust Your promises. Guide us through life's challenges, and may our lives be a reflection of Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, Amen."

We break at 5pm starting prayers 7pm .

John 3:17 KJ21 - 17 For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

The most important thing in this world is salvation rather than condemnation .
God is Love.

September Month of Deliverance .

*Title: "Embracing Deliverance"*
Yes
As we embark on this month of deliverance, we're reminded of God's power to set us free from bo***ge, oppression, and adversity. Just as the Israelites were delivered from slavery in Egypt, God desires to deliver us from our struggles and challenges.

*The Power of Deliverance*
- *God's Deliverance*: Throughout Scripture, we see God's deliverance in the lives of His people, from the Exodus to the ultimate deliverance through Jesus Christ.
- *Freedom from Bo***ge*: Deliverance brings freedom from the chains that hold us captive, whether it's sin, addiction, or fear.

*Prayer Points for Deliverance*
- *Prayer for Deliverance*: Ask God for freedom from challenges and obstacles that hinder your spiritual growth.
- *Prayer for Strength*: Seek God's strength to overcome adversity and persevere in faith.
- *Prayer for Guidance*: Ask for God's guidance in navigating difficult situations and making wise decisions.

Scripture : Psalm 40:1-3 or Isaiah 61:1-3.

As we journey through this month of deliverance, may we experience God's freedom, strength, and guidance. May our faith be strengthened, and may we emerge from challenges with a deeper understanding of God's love and power.
