WORK HARD TO SHOW THE RESULTS OF YOUR SALVATION-PHILLIPIANS 2:12

• Salvation is free, but it shows and one way it shows is through the baptism of the holy spirit.

What we learnt yesterday
1. The baptism of the holy spirit is the impartation of the gift of the holy spirit with initial evidence of speaking in other tongues
2. Order matters,first comes repentance then water baptism which will be followed by the baptism of the holy spirit -Acts 2:38
3. When the holy spirit comes you don't care who say's what ,you're filled and fully focused on him
4. You can't be baptized with the holy spirit if you're not saved,foundation comes first.

•The warning-Luke 22:31-32
•And the Lord said, Simon, Simon! Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat, 32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brotheren.

Put your faith towards God.

Commit yourself to the doctrine Acts 2:42
•And they continued steadfastly in the Apostles ' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayer.
•Not every teaching is of God
•"The wind blows wherever it wishes, and you hear the sound of it but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the spirit John 3:8

Work hard to show the results of your salvation-phillipians 2:12

•Sunday's message reminded us that salvation is a gift of grace ,we didn't earn it.But now, we live it out daily through our relationship with God.
•Salvation changes our hearts, leading us to act in faith, serve with love, and persevere with hope.
•God sees our hearts and He remembers what we do for him
•Matthew 24:13"The one who stands firm to the end will be saved"
• Let's value our relationship with God and with one another.

Ps D Mashiloane shared the word "stop building on emotions and strengthen your hands" going along with a powerful verse from the book of Nehemiah 6:9 kjv

This past Sunday we were reminded that
•weak hands build nothing
•God commanded us to be strong in the book of Joshua 1:9
No more "what if's" whatsoever he tells you,DO IT! ( John 2;5)

Our God is faithful and able so for that we are not going to settle for what the enermy has set for us but we're strengthening our hands for good works
