Healing brings Revival in Sobona Khona

In June, Dumisani and myself went around Sobona Khona preaching the gospel as we visited homes. We came to Dladla's home and found him sitting outside in the sun. He rejected us, the gospel and told us to go away.

Before we left I looked at the condition of his body. He had open wounds all over his legs, arms and chest. He had this condition from 1982. The pain he experienced in every wound was like a bee sting. It looked terrible and I could see there was a huge amount of suffering he had gone through.

Compassion filled my heart and I asked if we could pray before we left. He looked long and hard at us, then consented. I got on my knees next to him and we prayed a short prayer, full of faith and declared all the pain and disease to go. That by Jesus wounds he has been healed and set free.

When we were about to leave, I looked him straight in the eyes and said "When you are healed, remember that it is Jesus Christ the King who has healed you. God bless you!" And we went our way peacefully

On the 2nd July, Dumisani felt that we needed to go back there and visit this old man again. To see what God has done. When we arrived by car 20 meters away from his house. Dladla was the first to greet us. The first miracle was that he was walking around freely. He was praising God that his wounds are healing and that he is not experiencing pain any more. We were amazed and awe struck by this miracle. Neighbours were celebrating with us and were asking for prayer.

When we visited Dladla's home he started to tell us the story of what happened, but he was totally undone and fell on his bed in a heap of tears. Crying tears of Joy and freedom. Those 5 minutes were holy and we felt like Jesus was right there in the room. It was a powerful fearful God moment! Eventually Dladla through tears gathered himself enough to tell us the story.

3 days after we had left, Jesus visited him in a dream/encounter and he also saw me (Sydney Joelson), this white man in his dream/encounter. He was getting delivered from demonic powers and all the pain was being released from his body. His bed was completely drenched in the morning.

From that moment his wounds started to close up and heal for the first time in 42 years. He had tried going to doctors, using medicine, going to sangomas, using witch craft and traditional healers, and nothing worked. But one encounter with Jesus healed his body! This physical healing opened his heart to experience spiritual healing. Dladla recieved the good news about Jesus and got born again. As well as many neighbours who he has witnessed too because of his healing.

Praise Jesus for this incredible testimony. Hallelujah!

Pass two days have been incredible with these young people from USA, UK and Australia. 2 people saved at BP garage ministry and 9 people saved at Hlanganani informal settlement. Amazing healings and ministry. The training time with these 35 missionaries around the gospel in our South African context was so special. Praise God! Judah is their team leader, what a legend!
