Sunday Celebration Service
Pst Kevin Luchana from our Rustenburg branch sharing the Word of God.
His message was titled :
The Blood of Jesus
As believers we have really forgotten the power that the Blood carries.
As believers we have even stopped telling others about the power of the Blood. We don't pray using the blood of Jesus.

A very proud statement Pst Kevin made was that 'medical science confirms that the maternal blood and foetal blood does not mix, so the Blood that went into Jesus was new Blood that is why the bible tells us that the Blood of Jesus is without spot or blemish.

Today as you go through the blessing of enjoying a new day, use this opportunity to tell someone about the Precious Blood of Jesus. Let us rejoice in the access that the Blood gives us.

Are you walking worthy of your calling?

Paul writes to the church that as believers we need to have 4 qualities
1) we must be patience
2) we must be humble
3)we must be tolerant
4) we must be gentle

We must remember that the change that we want to see in the world starts with us. Are we able to truthfully and confidently say that we have the above qualities. We must understand we will not be perfect in every area of our life but we must try with the strength of our Lord to use these qualities to build each other up and not break each other.

I pray today in the Powerful Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that you will walk worthy of your calling, because remember for it is not you that has chosen this calling but God Almighty has chosen you.

So if your every human plan and calculation has miscarried, if one by one human props have been knocked out and doors have shut in your face, take heart. God is trying to get a message through to you and the message is: "stop depending on inadequate human resources LET ME HANDLE THE MATTER"

There is much in Scripture stressing our need to have faith in God. Psalm 37:5 takes us a step further. It not only admonishes us to trust, it promises that when we do, God will act in a supernatural way to answer our need. Dwell on that for a moment. We trust, GOD ACTS.

Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it.

Greetings in Jesus Name
Have you ever been in a completely dark room? A room so dark, that you couldn't even see your hand in front of your face? In this room, there is no sense of direction or safety or whether or not you are even by yourself. It is such an isolating place to be. Thankfully, it only takes a small candle or lamp to light an entire room that is engulfed in complete darkness. It's amazing the power light holds over the dark.

In a world of darkness, we are called to be that light. However, that can sometimes be difficult. There are struggles and challenges that make it difficult keeping the light on. Discouragement, persecution, and bitterness to name a few. The good news is that when God asks us to invade the darkness with His light, He will equip us to do so.

Acts 1:8 says, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.' And in Matthew 28, the Bible commands us to go and make disciples of all nations. God makes it so clear that once we believe in Him, we are to share with others and to live boldly for Him. With the darkness all around, we will shine our light bright. Though the world will try to tear us apart, we are set apart and will invade the world for Christ.

1 Peter 2:9But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Greetings in Jesus Name

The story of Noah is astounding. We all know the story. If you truly think about what was asked of him from the Lord and how he responded, it should increase your faith. Fact is, he had never seen or experienced rain. He had never heard thunder, splashed in puddle or seen lighting for that matter. And now he's to expect enough rain to completely flood the Earth and all of creation? Oh, and by the way - build a boat large enough to carry a zoo, the size of a football field.

What was Noah to do? At that point, he had two choices. Either be swept away in the raging floods or build a boat for him and his family's safety along with 2 of every kind of creature. The first choice would have been a result of fear, the unknown and disbelief. The second choice required immediate faith, obedience and trust. We're all thankful for Noah's example of his trust in God's word!

God brought him through the rain and through the storm. And at the end of it all God paints a beautiful rainbow across the sky as a promise to Noah that He'd never flood the Earth again. It also serves as a reminder to us that when we're going through the storms of life, to trust that God has a boat of our own to build and to choose to set our minds and hearts on those promises and plans He has for our life. Think on these things, when it begins to rain in your life. The rainbow is coming.

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
