YOU'RE PROOF THAT HE'S RIGHTEOUS
Because it was right for him, for whom and through whom all things have being, in guiding his sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation complete through pain.
(Hebrews 2:10 BBE)........................................................

The Bible tells us that you have become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21). This means you are the very expression of His goodness, excellence, and love. Through you, God can now demonstrate His virtues and character. But beyond that, you are the proof that God is righteous. What does this mean? Your salvation in Christ demonstrated God's justice.

Our opening verse describes God as the One "for whom and through whom all things have being." He is Boss over all—He created and owns everything! He could have simply ignored Adam's sin and saved us without judgment. He could have unlawfully stripped Satan of the authority gained when Adam disobeyed. Who could have questioned Him? But you see, God is righteous; it was necessary for Him to act legally. Our opening verse reveals that He offered His Son to suffer on the Cross to secure our salvation. Through this single act, He judged the sins of Adam and the entire world, legally delivering us from Satan's kingdom. He did not cut corners.

Now you can understand that your salvation is legitimate and lawful. A price was fully paid for your freedom from Satan, sin, and death. You are the evidence of God's righteousness. You are His righteousness! Because Jesus Christ suffered once on your behalf, it is unlawful for you to suffer again! It is unlawful for you to come under any condemnation or bo***ge. You are a victor forever! Glory!

MAKING THINGS WORK RIGHTLY
Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions
(Hebrews 11:33).................................................

Hebrews 11 presents what many Bible students call the "Hall of Faith." It chronicles the great feats of faith performed by the men and women of old. It says that through faith, they subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, and accomplished many extraordinary things.

What does it mean that they "wrought righteousness"? This will be our focus. Simply put, it means they caused things to function rightly in their lives. Their lives reflected the rightness and justice of God. You see, Satan could attempt to cause things to go wrong in the world and even in your life. However, we are told that these elders of faith framed their worlds to move in the right direction. This is why, in the third verse of this same chapter, we are told that the world was framed by the word of God. This, of course, refers to rhema—the spoken word of God upon their lips!

It is vital to understand that there are wicked forces seeking to manipulate this world to work against you. They may try to arrange the structure and systems of this life to your disadvantage. However, by faith, you can reject these dictates and frame your world (aions). The Greek word used for frame is katartizo. It means to repair, mend, align, order, arrange, and fit for the proper purpose.

Never allow anyone or anything to derail or disfigure the beautiful arrangement of your life. Satan enjoys causing trouble and attempting to pull your life off course. He seeks to ruin and control the trajectory of your life, your family, and even the nations. But thank God that with the rhema of God—the powerful, creative word of God in your mouth—you can frame your world to continually function rightly, regardless of the opposition. Hallelujah!

THE PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path
(Psalm 119:105)...........................................................

As a child of God, it's important for you to learn the Word of God. The Bible says, "Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed" (Proverbs 13:13). You see, you cannot truly live in victory and make meaningful progress without a proper understanding of God's Word.

There is something very important that the Word of God does for you. The Psalmist shows it to us. He says, "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" (Psalm 119:105). You see, God's Word illuminates your path. Now, which path is he talking about? Well, he's talking about the path of righteousness. He's dealing with the path of God's saints - the path that God marked out for His precious and holy saints to walk in. This is the path He placed you on when you got born again! You were born into it! It's the path of life. You see, he is showing you that you can only know what's on that path through the light of God's Word!

No wonder the Apostle Paul says, "For the gospel reveals the righteousness of God..." (Romans 1:17 BSB). You see, many of God's children are ignorant of what's on this path. Yet, the Bible says, "In the way of righteousness is life; in its path there is no death" (Proverbs 12:28 NHEB). Did you see that? There is no death on that path. Say this: I journey on the way of life. My pathway has no death or darkness. Hallelujah!

You see, death has been abolished from your path. God predestined you to journey in glory, peace and progress. And in Christ, you were born into that pathway and destiny. Do you see now why you can't be defeated or disadvantaged? Glory!.......................................................

A SUPERIOR RIGHTEOUSNESS
Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
(Psalm 71:19 KJV)................................................

There are two kinds of righteousness: God’s righteousness and man’s righteousness. When you examine what the Bible says about man's righteousness, you will note that it exists in varying degrees; human expressions of righteousness are not all the same. Howbeit, in the sight of God, they are all as filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6).

On the other hand, we have God's righteousness. Our opening verse declares it to be a "very high" righteousness. This means it is lofty, superior, and reaches the heaven of heavens—nothing can challenge it! This is a remarkable fact. You see, no one and nothing can scrutinize God, apprehend Him, or condemn Him. The Scriptures tell us that He prevails both when He judges and when He is judged (Romans 3:4). His righteousness places Him far beyond human or angelic scrutiny or judgment. If you look for anything wrong with God, you will never find it!

In Christ, you have come into this exact same righteousness. Did you know that God's righteousness is the very one you received when you were born again? This superior type of righteousness places you far beyond reproach, condemnation, or judgment. No wonder the Bible declares, "Who will bring a charge against any of God’s people? He who pronounces them righteous is God!" (Romans 8:33 OEB).

Now, you can understand why the Bible also declares, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1 ASV). Never let anything condemn you—be it sickness, Satan, or the false words of men concerning you. Your righteousness is unapproachable and unblamable! Glory!

THE LAW WORKS WRATH
Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
(Romans 4:15) ...............................................

I often hear some Christians obsessing over the Law of Moses. What they fail to realize is that we are no longer under the Law. There are several vital truths you must understand about it. Firstly, the Law was given strictly to Israel at Mount Sinai. Secondly, they broke it a mere 40 days after receiving it by fashioning and worshipping a molten calf!

Following that incident, God introduced the Ceremonial Laws. These included sacrifices designed to temporarily cover their sins so that He could dwell among them without destroying them. Ultimately, Israel had broken the covenant and fallen under its curse. This is precisely why Jesus came: to redeem them from the curse of the law (Galatians 3:13). If they could not keep the Law and desperately needed redemption from its curse, why do some today still insist on teaching believers to live under the Law of Moses? Clearly, they are ignorant of what the Scriptures actually teach.

Our opening verse gives us another profound insight. It declares that "the law worketh wrath." This means anyone who attempts to live under the law will only experience wrath in life. Why? Because they are bound to fail and break it—and the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Do you see why many Christians experience wrath, trouble and judgement in different areas of their lives, especially in their health? They live under the law and it produces wrath when transgressed! But you see, Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law, so that the righteousness of the law might be fully realized in us (Romans 8:3-4). Now that we have received Christ, when God looks at us, He sees us as completely righteous and holy!

Because of this, God has already freely given you all things and will never withhold any good thing from you. Stop struggling for your healing! Under the law, you had to earn your health through perfect performance. Breaking it invited all kinds of physical ailments (read Deuteronomy 28 to see the stark reality of this). But thank God that Christ has become our perfect righteousness! Through Him, we have inherited the glory of God and lack absolutely nothing. Hallelujah!

Every time that you eat bread together like this, you are telling about the Lord’s death. You eat bread and you drink wine together. You are showing that he died on your behalf. You should continue to do this until he returns.
(1 Corinthians 11:26 Easy)......................................................

In Christ, you live in the realm of life. Death, sickness, and disease are foreign to the true Christian experience. How is this possible? Well, it is because Jesus Christ tasted death on your behalf. You must believe this truth. It is one of those glorious facts that has unfortunately become a mere cliché in our Christian language. We often say, "He died for me!" But if Christ truly died for you—meaning in your place and on your behalf—it means you are no longer expected to experience death.

This is why, in his letter to the Corinthians regarding Holy Communion, Paul made some very serious statements about why certain believers were suffering. He connected their frequent experiences of sickness, weakness, and death directly to how they discerned and participated in Holy Communion. He stated, "Because of this, many are weak and sick among you, and quite a few have died" (1 Corinthians 11:30 LEB). Notice that he wasn't explaining why the people in their city at large were sick, weak, and dying; he specifically said "among you," meaning he was addressing the occurrence of these things within their church! This reveals that such experiences are not normal for the Christian, otherwise Paul would not have needed to explain why they were happening in that congregation.

It is vital to partake in Holy Communion. As you break bread and drink from the cup, you announce that Jesus Christ died on your behalf. You must participate in this celebration of faith because it is a fundamental part of our Christian heritage. It is one of the surest ways to maintain divine health and experience God's preservation, as it establishes the mindset of the righteous within you. Just as lifting your hands in worship is a biblical instruction that carries a guaranteed blessing when acted upon, partaking in Holy Communion yields powerful results. Never allow yourself to belittle it. It carries an incredible blessing that vitalizes your physical body in ways words cannot fully describe!

A SPEAKING RIGHTEOUSNESS
For Moses writes of the righteousness that is of the Law that “The man having done these things will live by them.”
But the righteousness of faith speaks...
(Romans 10:5-6 BLB)

The righteousness of God has come to us as a free gift in Christ. Through this righteousness, we have received life and are completely free from condemnation. Now that you are righteous in Christ, you have a divine innocence that protects you from wrath, judgment, and trouble while you are here on earth. Think about how wonderful that is!

Many of God's children do not even know that this kind of righteousness exists. They only know about the righteousness of the Law, which, as our opening verse shows, is based on what they DO. This means it depends on human effort. But the problem is that no one could ever become righteous by keeping the Law of Moses (Romans 3:20, Galatians 2:16). That law had to be kept perfectly. That is why Jesus came to fulfill it, so that God's perfect standards could be met for us. And now that you are in Christ, you have received this righteousness completely as a free gift (Romans 5:17).

But there is a way to live in this righteousness of faith. Since it is not based on your own works, how do we enjoy its benefits? Our opening verse gives us a clear hint. It tells us that the righteousness of faith speaks. Now, that sounds very simple, right? Of course it does. That is why it is called the Gospel! In this righteousness of faith, what you say is the key to experiencing your salvation. Study Romans 10 from verse 4 to 11 and you will see this important truth clearly.

Everything that needed to be done was already finished by Jesus Christ for us. All we need to do is to speak and agree with those truths. When you speak God's Word about who you are in Christ, you move yourself into the realm of salvation, where this righteousness rules your life by the grace of God. Glory!

YOU'RE BLESSED WITH FAITHFUL ABRAHAM
So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
(Galatians 3:9)

How blessed was Abraham? In studying his life, one cannot help but notice how God truly saw this man. The Bible tells us that Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. In other words, his faith brought him into a place of absolute rightness, innocence, and infallibility before God, ushering him into His very glory.

God began to see Himself in Abraham. It was no longer about God merely showing mercy to a mortal or trying to walk with an inferior being; Abraham had truly become God's partner and associate. He was seen as righteous, perfect, and unblamable. This is exactly what the righteousness of Christ gives you today—a life of complete justification and perfect right standing with God. A closer look at Abraham's life reveals the depth of this favor: he was so dear to God that on the two occasions when his wife, Sarah, was taken from him, God personally intervened to ensure her recovery (Genesis 12:14-20; Genesis 20:1-18). That is the power of the blessing and the gift of righteousness. When you step into God's righteousness, not only does He see Himself in you, but He also actively watches over your life. You become His personal responsibility, which means He ensures your rights are never trampled upon.

Knowing this about the gift of righteousness you have received, why should you ever fear? The Word declares, "In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee" (Isaiah 54:14). Now you can understand why God personally orchestrated the rescue of Abraham's wife from both Pharaoh and Abimelech. No one could oppress, cheat, or steal from Abraham!

Today, you are blessed with faithful Abraham. You cannot be robbed or defrauded. People may think they can cheat you or cause you to suffer loss, but they are completely mistaken. Your life was simply not designed for loss or disadvantage. Glory to God!

IT CAN ONLY COME FROM GOD
But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
(Galatians 1:11)

Imagine you have a huge financial need and you tell a multi-billionaire who really likes you. What kind of conversation would he have with you? Would it be the same as talking to a neighbor who is broke and jobless? Definitely not! Their bank accounts determine what they can promise to do for you.

Now, think about the kind of conversations God has with you, through His Word, about your life. They are even better than talking to a billionaire! This is because God has unlimited power. His promises are so big that the human mind can barely understand them. Only God can tell a person, "No one will be able to defeat you all the days of your life" (Joshua 1:6), "Anyone who is alive and believes in me shall never die" (John 11:26) and "All things are yours (1 Corinthians 3:21). You see, no government or worldly system can promise you that. The sheer transcendence of these words proves they come from God, not from human beings.

This is exactly why our opening scripture says the Gospel did not come from man. I have met people who find it hard to believe the graciousness of the Gospel of Christ. The lavish love of God was just too big for their human minds to grasp. They wanted to hear something that made human sense. When they heard that God gives us His righteousness as a free gift without our good works, they could not accept it. When we added that God blesses us apart from our own efforts, they got angry and accused us of encouraging sin.

The truth is, they wanted a message that sounded humanly believable. But the Gospel we received is from God, not man. This is why He sent His Holy Spirit to us. By ourselves, it is impossible to believe the message of grace and live in its glory. Jesus told His disciples, "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come" (John 16:12-13). Jesus knew His words were divine and that the human mind could not understand them without help.

DECLARED RIGHTEOUS WITHOUT WORKS
Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. — Romans 3:28

Our opening verse presents a profound conclusion regarding our justification in Christ. To be justified apart from the deeds of the law means that God has declared you righteous, accepted, and worthy of His glory and blessings—entirely independent of your performance, efforts, or good works.

Now, this reality is difficult for many to accept because they have been conditioned to rely on themselves. However, the gospel of righteousness leaves no room for boasting in the flesh. Human nature loves to take credit for its achievements. This is why society often looks down on those who receive great fortune through pure favor. People will say, "He didn't work for his house like the rest of us. Can you believe someone just bought it for him? And he calls himself a man!" or, "She didn't have to struggle like I did to own a farm; she simply inherited it. I had to save for years to acquire my land and spend years training to be a farmer. Yet, she freely received double the land with zero experience!"

Refuse to join in such talk. To speak this way is to program your life against the undeserved favor and unmerited kindness of God in Christ.
Righteousness in God's sight has absolutely nothing to do with your deeds. Before the world began, He planned to gift you His righteousness, along with all its benefits, without you ever having to earn it. Righteousness is the very nature of God that continually drives your life in the right direction. It is the blessing of "all-rightness"—a state where everything about you is made right. In this reality, you find that everything concerning you is perfected and aligned with His will (Psalm 138:8).

This has nothing to do with your personal goodness. You enter this blessed reality and thrive in it by faith, for the Scripture declares, "The just shall live by faith." Hallelujah!
