𝟰 𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗔. 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗧

🔴Did you know that 4 men divided the sea?

☀️Moses did
☀️Joshua did it
☀️Elijah did it
☀️Elisha did.

(1.) 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗦 Exodus 14:21-22 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. 22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

(2.) 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗛𝗨𝗔 Joshua 3:13, 16-17 And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the LORD of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap. 16 That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho. 17 And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.

(3.) 𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗝𝗔𝗛: 2 Kings 2:8 And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither, so that they two went over on dry ground.

(4.) 𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗔: 2 Kings 2:14 And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.

🔴Jesus came and didn't do like Moses, Joshua, Elijah or Elisha did; he had a different mindset!

🔴Jesus refused to recognise the water and walked right on top of it. EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!

🔴This is the Lord Jesus whose icon we are.

🔴You don't need to "command the red sea" to open up; You don't need to "command the Jordan" to split wide open!

🔴Like Jesus, refuse to recognise their presence and walk through : Walk on the water! THAT'S THE WAY OUT OF YOUR TROUBLES AND ADVERSITIES!

🔴Refuse to recognise obstacles; walk on them, for they're bread for you.

🔴Take advantage of God’s extraordinary power in overcoming life’s adversities by expressing your faith.

🔴Faith not expressed will not prevail (James 2:17 & 26).

🔴You express your faith in words and actions, remaining undaunted in the face of adversity.

🔴Jesus said, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you can achieve anything; nothing shall be impossible unto you (Matthew 17:20).

🔴So, cheer up; the victory is yours already. Hallelujah! There’s a guarantee that your faith will work if you’d act on the Word.

𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗬𝗔𝗞𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗦𝗖 𝗗𝗦𝗖 𝗗𝗗.

Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀; it’s our priestly ministry to pray. Jesus said, “…men ought always to pray, and not to faint” (Luke 18:1). Oftentimes, people go through difficulties in their lives and don’t know what to do. Not many know how to pray the right way. God told us to pray, not for praying sake, but because He planned to answer. In addition, there’re vital rules and elements of prayer that, if and when clearly understood and applied, would make your prayers more effective.

One of the elements of prayer is praying in the Name of Jesus. Jesus gave us the power of attorney to use His Name, which means when we pray, we’re standing in His stead: “…Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you” (John 16:23). You’re to live in the Name of Jesus; function in His place, with His authority, and in His character. What a thought! Colossians 3:17 says, “…whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks….” When you pray, it carries the same power and authority as though Jesus Himself were the one speaking.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱. This means our faith must be based on what God’s Word says, because if God’s Word covers whatever we’re praying about, then we can be sure to receive answers, because we’re asking in line with His Word. Faith is based on the Word. True faith is only imparted by the Word. Romans 10:17 declares that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁. Some Christians pray and nothing happens because the words spoken aren’t inspired and communicated by the power of the Holy Spirit. You have to pray always by the Holy Spirit; the words have to be energized, communicated, inspired, and anointed by the Holy Ghost. That’s what makes the difference.

When you study the Book of Acts, you’ll find that the apostles took advantage of these three elements of prayer: the Name of Jesus, the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. No wonder they had such extraordinary results, and a marvelous impact with the Gospel.

🔥 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐀 𝐁𝐀𝐃 𝐃𝐀𝐘! 🔥

🔴 No problem has ever come until the solution was born. Hear what I’m telling you — this is important.

🔴 Problems gravitate towards their solutions. If the seed of the solution is in you, the problem is coming to you.

🔴 There are certain things I’ve faced in my life — that’s why I cannot be discouraged. I can’t have a bad day. It’s not possible.
I made up my mind a long time ago — it’s not possible!

🔴 When I face certain things, I say, “Dear God, thank you. I’m born for this.”
There is no problem but the one whose solution was born before it ever existed.

🔴 Problems arise and gravitate towards their solutions.
If God has given you the seed of a solution, the problem will look for you.
So, the problems that come to you are bread for you!

🔴 The scripture says:

> “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
— Romans 8:28

🔴 I’ve made up my mind about that. I am convinced about that. I have no doubt about it.
He says “All things work together for good.”
I cannot be disadvantaged — it is impossible.
It will turn out for my good!

🔴 This is not religion — this is reality!
It will turn out for your good.

🔴 How could you be discouraged? Why would you cry?
I only cry for lost souls when I intercede for them.
I cry in worship. Apart from that, I never cry.
I never shed a tear for anything else.

🔴 Why? Because I was born for the top!
I can never be defeated!

🔴 The Bible says:

> “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
— 1 John 5:4

🔴 Notice — it didn’t say whosoever, but whatsoever!
That means anything that is born of God — whether it’s a man or the words proceeding from him — overcomes the world!

🔴 Stand up, brother!
Thus saith the Lord unto you:
Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world!
Where I have planted you, no one can overcome you.
I have given you the victory, saith God.
You have the victory. Go with courage!

🔥 “This is the victory that overcometh the world — even our faith!” 🔥

🔴 He says:

> “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
— 1 John 4:4

You are not going to overcome, you are not hoping to overcome —
You have already overcome!

🔴 And again, the Word declares:

> “In all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”
— Romans 8:37

🔥 I KNOW WHO I AM.
🔥 I KNOW WHO I AM.
🔥 I KNOW WHO I AM.

𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔

🔴The Lord Jesus is totally committed to you no matter what you’ve done in the past.

🔴This may be difficult for some to accept because of the guilt they feel about certain things in their lives, but it’s true nonetheless.

🔴Peter felt guilty after he denied Jesus, and his guilt almost destroyed him.

🔴When Jesus had told him that he would deny Him three times, Peter had responded “Not even if I have to die with you! I’ll never deny you!” (Mark 14:31 TLB).

🔴Well, Peter did deny Jesus three times, though he later felt so terrible about it. He almost couldn’t forgive himself. However, when Jesus arose from the dead, the angel in front of the empty tomb said to the women who came there, “…Give this message to his disciples including Peter: “Jesus is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see him there…” (Mark 16:7 TLB).

🔴The Lord knew Peter was weighed down with guilt, so He had to let him know that he was still loved. Just imagine Peter’s joy when he got the news. He realized he had been given another chance.

🔴I encourage you today not to give up on yourself, because the Lord Jesus will never give up on you.

🔴He can turn every mistake of yours into something beautiful.

🔴He made Simon, an unstable person become Apostle Peter the rock; He surely knows what to do with your life; so trust Him to make something beautiful out of it.

🔴God knows what to do with someone like you. He knows how to handle someone like you.

🔴He's totally committed to you and will make a champion of you.

📖Hebrews 13:5 I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]

🔴God specialises in making champions of people. Trust him to make a champion of you.

🔴He has handled people like Elijah, Samson, David, Solomon, Moses, Gideon, and so many more and he made a success of them. He sure knows how to handle someone like you.

PRAY & EXERCISE FAITH

King Asa of Judah commanded an army of 580,000 soldiers (2 Chr.14:8). In contrast, King Zerah of Ethiopia had 1 million soldiers, and at a point, he launched an attack against King Asa (2 Chr.14:9). Given the numerical disparity, defeat seemed inevitable for King Asa. Nonetheless, he faced this daunting challenge head-on.

This scenario exemplifies situations we often encounter in life where defeat appears imminent.

How did King Asa handle this predicament?
According to 2 Chronicles 14:10-11, he chose not to flee in fear. Instead, the scripture states,

Then Asa went out against him, and they set the battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.
And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: HELP US, O LORD OUR GOD; for we rest on thee, and in Thy name we go against this multitude. O LORD, THOU ART OUR GOD; LET NOT MAN PREVAIL AGAINST THEE.

King Asa petitioned the Lord for assistance and, trusting that his prayer had been heard, he stepped out in faith to confront his enemy.

What was the outcome of King Asa's prayer and faith-driven actions?

2 Chronicles 14:12-13 says,

So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.
And Asa and the people that were with him pursued them unto Gerar: and the Ethiopians were overthrown, that they could not recover themselves; for they were destroyed before the LORD, and before his host; and they carried away very much spoil.

From this account, it is evident that, regardless of the magnitude of a challenge, praying to God and taking faith-driven action will prompt the Lord to intervene on your behalf, ensuring a remarkable victory.

The solution to the problem currently causing you anxiety is merely a prayer and a faith-driven action away.
