Hey church family! 😁

We’re just days away from our annual Golf Day, and guess what? We’ve got over 70 players signed up—which means it’s going to be our biggest, most exciting event yet!

But here’s the (fun) challenge: with 70+ golfers on the green, we need enough prizes to make sure every player walks away with something awesome—whether it’s for a great drive, a hilarious “most improved” moment, or just showing up with a positive spirit and a decent swing. 😄

We’re asking YOU to help us stock the prize table!

- Do you own a local business that could donate a gift card?
- Have a set of golf balls, a funny trophy, or a themed gift basket lying around?
- Can you grab 10–20 gifts from a store and drop it off by *Saturday, 02 May 2027* ?

Every single prize—big or small—helps us celebrate our players and thank them for coming out to support our church’s event.

*How to help:*
👉 Drop off prizes at the church office by Saturday, 02 May 2027.
👉 Or contact the Church wardens to arrange pickup.
👉 Or donate cash marked “Golf Prizes” and we’ll shop for you!

Let’s make this the most generous, joy-filled, slightly competitive golf day yet. Thank you for partnering with us—you’re the real MVP (Most Valuable Parishioner)!

🙌 Blessings and birdies,
St Mary's Executive Team

P.S. If you’ve ever wanted to say “I helped sponsor a hole-in-one prize”… this is your moment. ⛳️💥

Good morning, Dear Parishioners.

We trust you are having a Blessed Holy Saturday with your families.

Please join us for our usual Eucharistic Mass tomorrow morning at 08h00.

Easter Sunday isn’t just about what happened nearly two thousand years ago; it’s about what can happen in you today. It’s the ultimate reminder that failure is not final. That the darkest Friday gives way to Sunday morning. No matter how heavy the stone in front of your situation feels—whether it’s doubt, fear, or defeat—it can be rolled away. This is your moment to embrace new beginnings.

Rise up, step forward, and walk in the confidence that hope wins ❤️

Good morning, Dear Parishioners

A Blessed Good Friday to you and your families.

Please join us for our Paschal Vigil Service tomorrow evening at 19h00.

This is the day that proves your faith is not just in the victories, but in the dark. It is the discipline of holding onto hope when there is no evidence to support it. It is trusting that even when the world is screaming “it is finished” in the worst way, God is whispering “it is finished” in the best way—even if you can’t see the next chapter yet.

Do not rush the stillness. Do not mistake the pause for a punishment.

Right now, you are not lost. You are being repositioned. The same God who hovered over the void in Genesis is hovering over your chaos. The same power that was quietly at work in the tomb is quietly at work in your life.

Hold on. The stone is not the end. It is just the seal before the resurrection ❤️

Good afternoon, Dear Parishioners

Please join us for our 3 hour devotion service tomorrow at 12h00.

For those who have children and grandchildren, kindly note that there will be a Children's service at 10h00.

The world wants you to believe that silence means failure, that stillness means defeat. But Good Friday whispers a different truth.

Sometimes, the greatest strength isn’t in fighting back—it’s in holding still when every instinct screams to run. It’s the courage to endure the dark Friday, trusting that Sunday is already on its way.

We spend so much time trying to force the breakthrough, but Good Friday reminds us that some things are finished only through surrender. The work isn’t always in the struggle; sometimes it’s in the letting go.

Whatever weight you are carrying today, whatever feels like it is ending or breaking apart, remember: the tomb is not the destination. It is just the passage.

Hold on. The silence is not the end. It is the space before the resurrection ❤️

Good afternoon, Dear Parishioners

Join us tomorrow evening at 19h30.

Maundy Thursday is not merely a scene of somber remembrance; it is the ultimate blueprint for servant-hearted strength.

Before the trial, before the crown of thorns, there was a towel. Jesus, knowing His full power and His imminent suffering, chose to kneel.

The motivation here is stark: true authority is not asserted from a throne, but demonstrated on your knees.

This day calls you to redefine greatness. In a world that clamors for recognition, you are invited to find your strength in humility. The courage to serve—to wash the feet of those around you, to love in the practical and unglamorous moments—is not weakness; it is the quiet, unshakable confidence of knowing who you are.

Don’t run from the humble task. Kneel today, and you will stand tomorrow ❤️

Yours in Christ,
St Mary's Media Committee
