Mothers' Union Diocese of Grahamstown

Mothers' Union Diocese of Grahamstown Mothers’ Union is an international Christian charity that seeks to support families worldwide.

Its members are not all mothers or even all women, as there are many parents, men, widows, singles and grandparents involved in its work. It main aim is to support marriage and family life, especially through times of adversity.

Xa kanye singena ku2019 ngetheme ethi " Mothers' Union Listen and Act in step with God, makhe sizipe ithuba lokuzola simamele ukuba uthi masithini na uBawo ukuchuk*misa ubomi bomntu ngokucinga ngokwenza nangokuthetha. Let us ask God to direct us to all those that are in dire need of miracles. Let us be the miracles they are praying for.

To all those that have lost their loved sithi hlalani ethembeni ningamlahli uBawo. Kumbulani kaloku kusekufeni apho sithi sizuze ubomi. May all their souls rest in peace.

August Women's Month. Blessed are you Mothers' Union for it is in this month that you commemorate the founder yale manyano, ndithetha ngoMary Sumner, a woman of prayer. A woman of action
It is also in this month that we remember our Patron, the Virgin Mary. A woman that came from very himble beginnings but decided that she will listen to the Lord"Makwenzeke k*m Nkosi ngokokutanda kwako. Both women left a rich legacy for us all. Question what legacy do I want to leave behind as an MU MEMBER! Help us Lord to be able to listen to You, listen to each other, observe and take action. Make us instruments to able to touch and change people's lives ngokucinga ngokuteta nangokwenza. Amen
