Blessed are they (leaders) whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord.(Ps 119:1)
It is important that a pastor live a blameless life because it is the first qualification for leadership in 1Tim 3:2 and the first blessing in Ps 119:1. The pastor must prepare his heart in the word of God so that he can be transformed by the pure word of God.
