The excitement of the Conference

An interesting observation in writings of Moses, the Man of God.

He narrated the conversation between himself and God, where God sent him to King Farao of Egypt regarding the release of the Israelites out of oppression.

God tells him about a land that flows with milk and honey. In today's life people would use vocabulary like "good life", as they would be living houses which they did not build and vine yards they did not plant. You can imagine how the people of Israel felt when they heard about this land and they probably looked forward to occupying it.

However, upon their release, Moses and the Israelites find themselves in the desert (a hopeless place). Mind you, God never mentioned a desert when He communicated with Moses.

Please take note that God was responsible for their journey through the desert. In fact, God did not mention what was going to happen between Egypt and the land that flows with milk and honey. In the end, they made it to the promised land.

What lesson can a person take from the story?

No matter where we end up in life, as long as God is part of the journey, we will make it to our destiny.
