📖 "You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." (Galatians 3:26-29)
Good morning!🙏🏿
A) Tribalism can lead to bigotry (discrimination, unfairness) and racism and, when taken to extremes, even war.
B) Instead of race, we should see people.
Instead of race, we should see individuals made in God's image.
Instead of race, we should see humans with much potential.
Instead of race, we should see a person I need to love.
Instead of race, we should see one with a heart and character.
Instead of race, we should see brethren of one blood.
Instead of race, we should see sinners in need of Jesus Christ.
Instead of race, we should see nothing but God's offspring.
Instead of race, we should see men in the human predicament.
Instead of race, we should see masses racing toward eternity. (Victor M. Eskew)
C) Do we really think God is concerned about our skin color? Does God care whether I am red? yellow? black? brown? or, white? No!
D) The LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7)
HAVE A GOOD DAY!
