We wanna Live long and live strong.
We wanna enjoy the goodness of the lord in the land of the living.
We don't wanna live with creaking bones and things that we could have dealt with, we are doing that now 🏃
It is our responsibility to look after and be stewards of everything God has given us, not just the wealth but the health, our joy our children, our business, and our ministry. we have to be wise stewards of everything God has given us. Put your health, your exercise, and your well-being as a priority. You are the custodian of your health and well-being. Get up and put in the time, get up and exercise get up and eat right, get up and shower. Do what it takes to be the best version of yourself.

“So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air. But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.” 1 Corinthians 9:26-27

Disciplining our bodies like Paul is talking about here is an effort to keep our whole selves restrained from sin for the prize of knowing Christ and Him crucified. May your exercise habits be meaningful and intentional.
