PART 12

BOOK OF REVELATION

Synopsis: Loosed From Our Sins

This explores the profound nature of God’s eternal love and its practical application in the redemption of humanity It moves beyond traditional views of "washing" from sin to the Greek concept of being "loosed" or released from the power and claim of sin.

Central to this message is the typology of the Day of Atonement, specifically the two goats, which illustrate two stages of the believer's experience: immediate access to God’s presence through the "Lord's goat" (the blood/life of Jesus) and the progressive removal of the carnal nature through the "scapegoat" (led away by the "fit man," Christ).

The text emphasizes that while believers are justified by faith and invited to enter the "Holiest" now, the ultimate goal of sonship is to overcome the fleshly nature by living in the presence of Christ, allowing His internal life to displace the "goat nature" once and for all.

IV. The Calling of the Sons of God

Reigning with Christ: Overcomers are granted to sit with Christ in His throne (Rev. 3:21). This is a spiritual ministry after the order of Melchizedek, not a carnal office in a physical palace.

The Manifested Sons: The "true kings of the earth" are the manifested sons of God who reign from the realm of the Spirit.

The Process of Transformation: Before creation can be delivered from corruption, the elect must first be transformed from carnal to spiritual and from earthly to heavenly. They are being prepared to be the "deliverers of creation" (Rev. 5:9-10).

The Preeminence of Christ: While the sons are "one in Him," Jesus remains the Head with preeminence (Col. 1:18). He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords to whom the sons bow in reverence.

PART 11

BOOK OF REVELATION

II. THE FIRSTBORN FROM THE DEAD: THE RESURRECTION PROTOTYPE

The Unique Victory of Christ:

Jesus is the "firstbegotten of the dead" (Rev. 1:5). His resurrection was a mighty metamorphosis where a natural body became a spiritual, immortal body capable of passing through physical barriers.

The Enoch and Elijah Controversy:

This teaching argue against the tradition that Enoch or Elijah avoided death and entered heaven in immortal bodies.

Scriptural Evidence:

Hebrews 11:13 states that "these ALL DIED in faith," including those listed like Enoch. Jesus also declared in John 3:13 that "no man hath ascended up to heaven" but the Son of Man.

Definition of Translation:

The "translation" of Enoch (Heb. 11:5) is interpreted as a transfer of state or realm (as in Col. 1:13), not necessarily a physical removal from earth.

Opening the Womb of Death:

Christ is the firstborn because He "openeth the womb" of death for His brethren. If others had overcome death before Him, He would not be the "firstborn," and the root of redemption would be undermined.

REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST

PART 11

BOOK OF REVELATION

I. THE FAITHFUL AND TRUE WITNESS: FULLNESS vs. FRAGMENT

Defining "True" (Greek: Alēthinos): In this context, "true" does not simply mean "not false," but rather "that which is not concealed" or the "whole truth". It represents the perfect realization of an idea versus a partial or fragmentary one.

The Shadow and the Substance:

The Manna vs. The True Bread: While the manna in the wilderness was from God, it was corruptible and temporary (Jn. 6:32). Christ is the "true bread"—the complete and incorruptible life.

The Law vs. Grace and Truth: The Mosaic law was truth (Ps. 119:142), but it was only a "glimmer of light" or a "shadow." Fullness arrived through Jesus Christ (Jn. 1:17).

The Purpose of Revelation: The book of Revelation is the "unveiling of the full intent" and the "ultimate purpose" of God within His elect body. It signifies the kingdom of God coming with power to transform all humanity and destroy the last enemy, death (Rev. 1:5, 3:7, 14).

THE PRINCE OF THE KINGS OF THE EARTH
Synopsis: The Revelation of the Fullness of Christ

This text explores the profound titles of Jesus Christ as presented in the opening of the book of Revelation: the Faithful and True Witness, the Firstborn from the Dead, and the Prince of the Kings of the Earth (Rev. 1:5). It emphasizes that these titles represent the transition from partial, fragmentary truth to the fullness of spiritual reality.

Christ is presented not merely as a historical figure or a future king, but as the present, living prototype for the "manifestation of the sons of God".

The text challenges traditional religious views, asserting that Jesus was the first human in history to truly overcome death, preceding even Enoch and Elijah in obtaining a spiritual, incorruptible body.

Furthermore, it declares that His Kingdom is not a future earthly institution but a present spiritual reality from which He rules over all nations and human leaders.

The ultimate goal of this revelation is the transformation of a "called and chosen elect body" into the likeness of the Firstborn, enabling them to reign with Him from the realm of the Spirit to deliver all of creation.

BOOK OF REVELATION

ANTICHRIST DEFINED SPIRITUALLY

Not a future person (e.g., world leaders), but any substitute usurping Christ's place ("anti" = instead of, like an "antipope").

Denial of "Jesus Christ come in the flesh" (1 Jn. 4:2-3) means rejecting Christ's current indwelling in your flesh—not just historical Jesus. Religious rituals, self-effort, or traditions supplanting "Christ alone" are antichrist.

True confession: Spiritually living out Christ in daily life, leading to sonship (Christ formed fully within, as in Jesus).

This teaching cuts off at "The reality of Chri[st]," likely transitioning to fuller application. It urges rejecting external religion for indwelling Christ, progressing to throne-sharing glory.

This teaching aligns with "kingdom now" or sonship theology, viewing Revelation as present spiritual reality for overcomers.

For deeper study, cross-reference with Rev. 1:4-8 in a Greek interlinear (e.g., "is coming" implies ongoing arrival).

PART 10

BOOK OF REVELATION

HE WHO IS, WAS, AND IS TO COME

"He Who Is, Was, and Is to Come" (Rev. 1:4, 8)

Timeless Yet Time-Bound Lordship:

God manifested himself in time (past, present, future) as part of His "plan of the ages," not eternity (which is timeless "NOW," Jn. 8:58). Time is created, like rocks or trees, ending when God becomes "All-in-all."

Who Was:

God manifested in Jesus' flesh (1 Tim. 3:16; Jn. 1:1).

Who Is:

Christ now in believers' flesh (Gal. 2:20; Jn. 14:23)—the "many-membered body" walking today.

Who Is to Come:

Future glory in matured sons, from growth through ages to eternal fullness (Heb. 13:8).

Eternity vs. Ages:

"Eternal life" (zoe aionios) means "life of the ages"—progressive growth (1 Pet. 2:2; Eph. 4:15) until timeless perfection. Believers mature like stages of human life (fetus to maturity).

HE WHO IS, AND WAS, AND IS TO COME

SYNOPSIS

The interpretation of Revelation 1:4-8 is through a spiritual lens, emphasizing the book's relevance as an ongoing prophecy for the church (God's "called-out" spiritual people) rather than literal future events tied to Daniel's prophecies.

This teaching contrasts Old Covenant natural Israel with New Covenant spiritual believers, framing Revelation's battles and judgments as internal, spiritual processes under Christ's kingdom (citing 2 Cor. 10:4-5).

Key Themes: Grace and Peace

Grace (Charis): Beyond unmerited favor, it's divine enablement—God's power working in, through, and for us to achieve what we can't alone.

Example: Paul's ministry wasn't just forgiven weakness but empowered transformation (1 Cor. 15:9-10). This equips believers for Revelation's challenges.

Peace: Essential for sonship, flowing from Mount Zion (the highest spiritual realm, Rev. 3:21, 14:1-5). It starts in overcomers (lambs with the Lamb), spreads to the church, God's people, and nations (Isa. 52:7; Hag. 2:9; Zech. 9:9-10). Peace marks kingdom rule from the throne downward.

BOOK OF REVELATION

BLESSED IS HE THAT READS

V. THE SPIRITUAL WARFARE AND THE MANIFESTATION OF SONS

The "battles" described in Revelation are interpreted as spiritual combats rather than carnal wars between nations.

Internal Combat: The true conflict is between light and darkness, spirit and flesh, and the mind of Christ versus the carnal mind.

The War to End All Wars: The removal of the "carnal, Adamic nature" from the firstfruits (the elect) establishes the pattern for ending all violence in the world.

The Principle of the Firstfruits: If the firstfruit is made holy through this spiritual processing, the "whole lump" of creation will eventually be made holy as well (Rom. 11:16; Mat. 13:33).

The Ultimate "End": The "end" of the book is not a chronological point in time, but a person: "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end" (Rev. 22:13).

PART 9

BOOK OF REVELATION

BLESSED IS HE THAT READS

IV. CATEGORICAL DISTINCTIONS: REVELATION vs. DANIEL AND MATTHEW 24

The Revelation should not be "mixed up" with other prophecies into a "distorted monster" of eschatology.

Revelation vs. Daniel

Daniel was a "sealed" book dealing with natural empires and earthly conflicts under the Old Covenant (Dan. 12:4). Revelation is an "unsealed" book for a spiritual people (Rev. 22:10).

Revelation vs. Matthew 24:

The prophecies of Matthew 24 were natural and earthly, directed at the end of the Jewish Old Testament economy, and were entirely fulfilled in A.D. 70 with the destruction of Jerusalem.

Spiritual Discernment:

Because God is Spirit, His revelation must be "spiritually discerned" rather than interpreted through the literal, natural mind (I Cor. 2:12-14).

PART 9

BOOK OF REVELATION

BLESSED ISBTHE EAR THAT HEARS

III. THE DISCIPLINE OF THE "HEARING HEART"

Understanding the prophecy requires a specific type of spiritual hearing that goes beyond intellectual grasp.

The Hearing Heart: Like Solomon, the elect must seek a "hearing heart" (translated as "understanding heart") to discern between good and evil (I Kings 3:11-13).

The Necessity of Stillness: Spiritual hearing is often drowned out by a "pandemonium of voices," including one's own prayers and cares; it requires getting "still enough" to hear the voice of God in the depths of one's being (Ps. 46:10).

Transformation through Hearing: True hearing works a transformation, quickening "dry bones" into a living army through a response to the Spirit’s word (Eze. 37:1-10).
