Maintain your deliverance
Mat 12:43 NHEB But the unclean spirit, when he is gone out of the person, passes through waterless places, seeking rest, and does not find it.
Mat 12:44 KJV Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
The house isn't empty and unclean when he's in the house. Demons remember where they used to stay. Demons are cast out in the name of Jesus. When he cokes he finds it empty, swept and put in order than it was before. He brings with him reinforcement more wicked than himself.
Mat 12:45 KJV Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
When a person backslides, he becomes worse. After deliverance, the house is empty. It creates a vacuum that needs to be filled. If you don't fill that vacuum with God, the enemy will come back.
Psa 119:11 KJV Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
That vacuum has to be filled with the word of God. Major in the wordnof God.
Col 3:16 KJV Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Read the word of God and fill the house. Read even if you don't understand. Do it for the sake of your spirit. The word is a mirror to our soul. It helps us to see ourselves. Be a doer of the Word.
The word is lamp unto our feet for guidance.
Psa 119:105 KJV NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Read the word everyday. The word increases our faith.
Luk 17:15 KJV And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
Mat 4:3 KJV And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
There's always a tempter after deliverance.
Mat 4:4 KJV But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
You need the word to keep defeating the enemy. The word brings a change when you read it.
Isa 55:11 KJV So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
You need the word of God always.
Eph 5:26 KJV That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
The word of God sanctifies. It kills the appetite of sinning. When you read the word, some habits disappear. The word brings comfort and hope.
Renew your mind
The mind is the battlefield of the enemy. He attacks through an old thought. Renew your mind by welcoming new ideas and new thinking. Replace negative thoughts with the word of God.
It's the mandate of satan to make sure you don't come out easily.
Rom 12:2 KJV And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
The mind of the world mist be eradicated. Thoughts are like seed. You end up doing what you're thinking.
Jas 4:7 KJV Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Unforgiveness attracts diseases. Start your day by surrendering your will to Jesus.
Close the doors. The devil enters through doors. Once a door is open, he comes in. Deliverance is a battle.
Eph 6:11 KJV Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 KJV For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
When you're fully loaded with the word of God, you can be blw to stand and keep your deliverance. Deliverance is a battle won. Staying free is a war maintained.
Phi 4:4 KJV Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
