On this Human Rights Day 21 March 2023, we searched our hearts and stood up, raised our hands in response to what God said in Ezekiel 22:30 " I having searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for [the sake of] the land, that I would not destroy it, but I found no one [not even one]."

Good evening my honourable leaders.

Yesterday we had a meeting with the Funeral Directors (undertakers) and Mogale City Local Government leadership
From that meeting there were lots of things discussed which were operating to the regulations by the government in light of this pandemic facing our country
But summarised hereunder are those that affect the church and ministers directly:

#1 There shall be one funeral gathering at the time in the cemetery yard

#2 Funerals shall be held on all days of the week, that is from Monday - Sunday

#3 Dates (days) of burial shall be determined by municipality

#4 Minister responsible for burying must have a permit to do so; they must get it from the diocese of the churches. Those who belong to independant churches must obtain them from the Speaker's office

#5 That permit shall apply only in Mogale City

#6 The minister must make an affidavit at the police station nearest to where the Funeral will be held.

#7 It is advised that u must have sanitizers in the cars to minimize time wasting at the cemetery entrance

#8 Maximum number of people attending Funeral is 40 ,with Pastors and undertakers making it 50

#9 There will be a register that must be filled by those who will go to the cemetery

#10 All those who filled the attendance Register must bring their ID's with them to the cemetery

#11 There will be verification at if the register before they enter the cemetery

#12 Maximum time to be spent in the cemetery shall be 1 hour

#13 Distance between each other shall be 2 meters

#14 The filling (closing) of the grave shall be made by the TLB and 6 contracted workers appointed by the Municipality

Greetings honorable Ministers of the Gospel.

We trust that you had a blessed Passover weekend.

We would like to remind and invite you to our monthly prayer meeting on Thursday the 5th April 2018 at 6pm.

Venue: Lighthouse International Ministries.

We will be hosting COMMUNITY PRAYER RALLY on the 22nd April 2018 at the Kagiso Stadium.

Tomorrow's fellowship meeting will be held to pray for the success of that Prayer Rally and the finalization of logistical touch ups including the program of the day.
