On 21 November, South Africa will stand together.
We wear black to mourn the lives stolen by gender-based violence,
and we turn our profile pictures purple, a symbol of power, hope, and unity. 💜

This is more than a movement.
It’s a cry for justice.
A prayer for safety.
A promise to protect one another.

As the Fellowship of Young Women, we believe that our voices carry God’s light, and together, we will not be silent until every woman is free. ✝️

On the 30th and 31st of August, the Kagiso Presbyterian Fellowship of Young Women (FOYW) had the honor of hosting the eGoli Presbytery Fellowship of Young Women Conference under the theme:
✨ “Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord” – Ezekiel 37:4

What a powerful and spirit-filled weekend it was!
We experienced God’s presence through worship, fellowship, and the Word, reminding us that even in dry seasons, His Word brings life and restoration. 🙏🏽

We are grateful for everyone who attended, participated, and poured their hearts into this gathering. Truly, it was a weekend to remember!

It is also with great reflection and deep gratitude that we extend our heartfelt thanks to the congregation of Kagiso Presbyterian Church .

Thank you for your unwavering support, for standing by us, holding us down, and running the conference alongside us. Your prayers, contributions, and presence meant everything to us. 💜

Because of your dedication, generosity, and teamwork, we were able to host a successful, Spirit-led, and truly inspiring conference that touched many hearts and strengthened our fellowship as young women in Christ.

Our mothers (Kagiso FOW) are attending the eGoli Presbytery Fellowship of Women's 4th Presbytery Conference at the Alexandra Congregation, under the powerful theme:
“Transcended Woman: Clinging to the Cross”
Inspired by Romans 12:1–2:

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is, His good, pleasing and perfect will.”

We celebrate women of faith who rise above, transformed by grace and anchored in the cross of Christ.
