Remembering with Gratitude, Honouring Their Legacy 🕊️🌹

This Women’s Month, the Fourways Circuit pauses with gratitude to remember the women ministers who faithfully served among us and have since passed on.

As the Methodist Church of Southern Africa celebrates 50 years of the ordination of women, we honour not only the milestone, but also the women whose lives, ministry and faithful service helped shape the Church and our Circuit.

Their voices may have fallen silent, but their faith, leadership, pastoral care and legacy continue to speak through the lives they touched and the communities they served.

Today, we remember them with love. We give thanks to God for the gift of their ministry and celebrate the lasting impact of their service in the Fourways Circuit.

Celebrating Women Ministers in the Fourways Circuit.❤️🤍🖤

This Women’s Month, the Fourways Circuit pauses to honour and celebrate the women ministers who have served, and those who continue to serve, faithfully in our Circuit.

This year holds special significance as the Methodist Church of Southern Africa marks 50 years of the ordination of women a remarkable milestone celebrating God’s call, courage, faithfulness and the contribution of women to the life and ministry of the Church.

Today, we shine a light on the women ministers whose ministry has shaped, strengthened and blessed the Fourways Circuit. We honour their leadership, sacrifice, pastoral care and commitment to advancing God’s mission.

We celebrate their journey. We honour their legacy. We give thanks for their ministry.

As we mark 70 years since the historic Women’s March of 1956, we remember the women whose courage helped shape our nation and continue to inspire us today.

The Methodist Church of Southern Africa (MCSA) believes that the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings holistic healing and transformation, addressing not only spiritual needs but also the social and economic challenges faced by individuals and communities. Through its Mission Pillar of Economic Development and Empowerment, the Church seeks to promote responsible stewardship of resources, develop sustainable livelihoods, and empower people to become self-sustaining and capable
of uplifting others.

The Fourways Circuit Trust Property (CTP) is in the process of establishing a Circuit database to support entrepreneurs within the Circuit. This database will be used for the Circuits benefit when sourcing suppliers for events/ work on our properties so that we utilise suppliers within our Circuit first.Societies are also encouraged to add details of existing suppliers they currently utilise.

Your participation will also help strengthen the Circuit’s capacity to manage and develop its resources effectively and sustainably.

On the 5th of September the TP will be hosting a Circuit Business Fair to equip and support our entrepreneurs. Members will have the opportunity to exhibit and we have guests who will be speaking all things .
