Today marks 50 years since the Soweto Uprising, a defining moment in our nation's history when courageous young people stood up for justice, dignity, and a better future. We salute the youth of 1976 whose sacrifice and bravery continue to inspire generations.

As we commemorate Youth Day, we also celebrate the YOUNG members of the Fourways Circuit YMG. It is both encouraging and uplifting to see young men embracing the organisation as their spiritual home, growing in faith, fellowship, and service.

With nearly 20% of our membership made up of young people, we give thanks to God for this significant milestone. It is a testament to His faithfulness and a sign of hope for the future of our movement. We believe that God is raising a generation of young men who will lead with conviction, serve with humility, and boldly proclaim the Gospel in their communities.

To our YOUNG members: you are not only the future of the YMG—you are an important part of its mission and ministry today. May God continue to strengthen, guide, and use you for His glory.
