*URGENT APPEAL FOR ASSISTANCE*

*23rd February 2019*

During the course of last nights heavy rains and wind severe and extensive damages were suffered at the *RIVERLEA MASJID ( EXTENSION MASJID).*

The entire roofing of the madressa section has been seriously damaged. We are humbly appealing to one and all to please assist us wherever possible.

We the committee of Riverlea Gabieboela islamic Association masjid ( Masjid taqwa) would like to inform one and all that our Muathin ( Boeta Jaqub Ismail) has been admitted to hellen Joseph hospital today

He has amnonia and other medical conditions _he is currently in ward 9 but will be transferred to another ward

We make dua to Allah Ta'laa to grant him complete shifa

Now in existence for over 40 years, the Riverlea Islamic Association continues to strive to provide Islamic guidance and support to the muslim community of Riverlea. The community of Riverlea is very underprivileged and do not always have the finances to provide for their basic needs. To this end, we are not always able to do this to the best of our abilities as we do not always have the necessary financial support.

During the blessed month of Ramadan we at the masjid feed +- 150 children and adults every night for Iftaar
