Good day family

Hope that you are well God is still the same God who was yesterday, he remains the same God.

Matthew 14:23-33 New International Version (NIV)

23" After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone".

beloved sometimes you need to leave the people that you are with find a place alone and pray, we need to have a secrete place as believers were we spend our time speaking to our father, when you pray you don't just talk to God but God talks to you too, prayer is a conversation with God, when we follow the life of Jesus we see that he spent a lot of time in prayer the more busy he was is the more he prayed, every single day you can talk to God when you are at work or at school talk to your father, you can talk to him in your heart. the question is how many times do we pray or how many hours do we spend in a prayer a day?

John 14:12

"Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father".

Jesus sad that we will do greater things since we believe in him but we will not do greater things if we do not dwell in prayer, he says in the book of Mark sngs and wonders will follow those who believe i remember i asked my fellow brothers and sisters that why are we not doing greater things than Jesus did we all wondered and the Lord sad that we can only do greater things through prayer, and not just prayer but real intercession and not just a once of thing we need spend more time in prayer like Jesus, the bible says Jesus prayed until his sweat was as thick as blood, when he was at Gethsemane he asked his disciples that couldn't they wait for just an hour because he asked them to pray and they slept, how much time do we spend in pray, let us not quench our spirits beloved, praying should be our life style.

I hope you were encouraged to pray more like i was, enjoy your day beloved we love you all.

Good day,
Hope you are well and Jesus is still Lord.
Psalm 23:3-4
"He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me."

These two scriptures are the reason why I can still trust in the Lord at all times. Knowing that the Lord my God is my good shepard who can come looking for me leaving behind 99 sheep really puts my heart at rest (Luke 15:4-7).

- The Lord is my good shepard, "He restores my soul", whe then going gets tough He gives me new strength (Isaiah 40:30-31)
- "He leads me in the paths of righteousness". My good shepard strengthens me enough to press towards the goal of the high calling (Philippians 3:12,14) because He is the authorand finisher of my life, He knows all the plan/thoughts He hat for me (Jeremiah 29:11) plans of peace, not of evil.
- "for His names sake" the triune God created me in His image He created me to bring glory to Him, I will walk in the pathsof righteousness for Gods name to be glorified, not mines because it is all about Him.
- The writer continues to agree that Yes, even when I walk THROUGH the valley of the shadow of death, the valley of unpleasent livelihood, the valley of failure, depression, distress, anxiety, debt and rejection I wil not stop walking because of the of fear evil, remembering the plans/thoughts He has for me, thats He guides me and He is with me...as high as the walls of the valley may be, I know that my God is bigger, higher, greater than anything and everything; I will not be afraid His rod and staff protect and comforts me because He is my good shepard😀

Matthew 22:14 (KJV)
For many are called, but few are chosen.

John 15:16 (KJV)
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

1 Peter 2:9 (KJV)
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

The Word of the Lord is clear..it us up to us to listen and live accordingly.

God bless you for taking your time read these scriptures.

Greeting beloved

Hebrews 4:2(KJV+) "for unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it".
It is important to receive the word of God with faith so that we may receive His promises remembering that God is no man that He should lie, the promises will not do us any good if we don't receive them with faith, if we truly believe then we will receive that which God has promised,Hebrews (GNB) 4:11 "let us, then do our best to receive that rest, so that no one of us will fail as they did because of their lack of faith",
now sometimes we do not receive what we ask for because we merely listen 2 the word but do not do as it says or do not receive with faith, Psalms 145:13 (GNB) "your rule is eternal, and you are king forever. The Lord is faithful to his promises; he is merciful in all his acts". Beloved let us receive the word of God with faith, let us not be the seed that is sown along the path, Hebrews 4:11 (MSG) "God means what he says. What he says goes." His powerful word is sharp as a surgeon's scalpel, cutting through everything whether doubt or defense, laying us open to listen and obey, let us learn to trust God fully and depend on him and him alone, let us not allow famine to shift us away from God, Amen
Thank you for reading this, God bless you

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!! fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord. We are filled with great joy to have made the new year and we are thankful to our God for sustaining us thus far.

We would like to start the year of by going through the Ten Commandments for the next couple of weeks.
Exodus 20:1-6 (NKJV)”And God spoke all these words, saying: ‘I am the Lord you God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bo***ge. You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous god, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.”

The scripture alone says a mouthful but when we partially dissect it we see God saying he brought us out of Egypt…bo***ge, which is being likened to condemnation of sin-this is being considered as salvation we receive. It goes on to say that we will not have other gods before Him and then mentions the prohibited idols. A common mistake we people do is to idolise certain aspects our life, it may not be a tangible idol but whatsoever you have set before the almighty God is an idol a.k.a. a god in your life. Gods mercy is upon those who love Him and keep His commandments, do not bring God’s wrath upon you and your families by disobeying His commandments therefore put God first and all else shall follow.
Thank you for taking your time to read this, God bless you in triple folds or more..

Good day
The Love of God,
The Love that God has loved us with can never be compared to anything. He alone has shown us nothing but Love no matter how many times we sin against Him; His love for us doesn’t change. This God I’m talking about gave up His one and Only son to die for my sins and your sins, so that you and me can have eternal life, John 3:16 (KJV) “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”. Who can give up His son just to pay for someone else’s sins? God did it for me and you, something your friend, lover or close family cannot do for you, God did it because of the love He has for us. His love is unconditional and can never be measured. When people want reasons to love you, when people love you up to a certain extent, God loves you just the way you are, He loves you even when you have nothing He loves you still. This God loved us even when we were sinners, just to show us that His love doesn’t judge. Romans 5:8 (KJV) “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” He loved us when we were still sinning by giving us His son to die for us, how can you love someone even if they are doing wrong things against you? That’s how far God’s love goes.
1 John 3:1 (KJV) “See what kind of love the Father has given to us that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” His love is great that we are even called His children.
Let us not let the devil rob us of this great love, let’s give our lives to God, let Him be the centre of our lives and experience this sweet, great love of God. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Greetings family
The devil does not care about sinners because he has already won them into his kingdom, but Jesus Christ cares so much about sinners that he drinks and eats with them, he says come as you are, John c: 6v:37(NIV) “All those the father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away”. Jesus was making it clear that whoever comes to him he will not reject as he has come down on earth to do the will of God, therefore it is also our duty to do the will of God on earth. Luke 5: v: 31(NIV) “Jesus answered them; it is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance”. If you have been dwelling on sin it does not matter how sick you are Christ Jesus wants to heal you because he knows that you need healing. Now does that mean that the Lord does not care about righteous? Romance c: 8 v: 1(NIV) “Therefore there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death”. We the children of God belong to Christ since we have the spirit of Christ. Romance c: 8v14 (NIV) for those who are led by the spirit of God are the children of God v: 15 “the spirit you received brought about adaption to son ship”, we are all Gods people but those who have accepted Christ Jesus as their Lord and savior are his children, v: 16 “The spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are Gods children”.

Let us go to the world and preach the true gospel, let us not be afraid to tell people about God no matter how sinful they are because God did not give us the spirit of fear , 2 timothy c:1 v:7 “For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid but gives us power, love and self –discipline”, not forgetting that we are not perfect but we are striving for perfection therefore we must stay humbled and Jesus Christ must become greater, John: 3v:30 he must become greater ; I must become less. Amen stay blessed and enjoys the rest of your day.

Salvation is the only way we can get reconnected with our Father in heaven. God’s grace sees it fitting for us to retain our image of His likeness, which is our true identity.
Ephesians 2:8 (NKJV) “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”

Faith determines our salvation as the Bible says above “...through faith, and that not of yourselves;…” The bible defines faith in the following scripture.
Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV) “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Romans 10:9 (NKJV) “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
From the two scriptures quoted we see that through faith we are saved. None of us (excluding a certain multitude) in the past two centuries witnessed Christ rising from the dead but faith is believing that He indeed rose and that is He currently sitting at the right hand of the heavenly Father.
Therefore brethren let us not forfeit the Kingdom of heaven because of our lack of faith. John 20:29 (NKJV) “Jesus said to him, ‘Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed’.” Let us run this race of faith with our eyes set on one goal, entering heaven one day, Amen.
Stay blessed and thank you for your time.

"And He said unto them, go ye unto all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" Mark 16:15 (KJV)

17/11/2014

We would like to thank everyone who has joined us in this journey of striving to live holy lives. To start the week off we would like to share on understanding our identity in the body of Christ.

When being asked to which religious affiliation we belong to we say we are Christians, but do we really understand what being a Christian is? Well being a Christian means being "Christ-like" but truth is calling yourself one does not mean you actually are like Christ.

Genesis 1:26 (GNB) "Then God said, 'And now we will make human beings; they will be like us and resemble us. They will have power over the fish, the birds, and all animals, domestic and wild, large and small.' " In this scripture we see that we are made in Gods image, which therefore defines us as those of God. The fall of man was the point where we as humans lost our identities, Romans 3:23 (NKJV) " For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God", but because of the unconditional love God has for us humans beings he sent His only son to die for our sins so that we may regain our identities (John 3:16).

John 15:5 (NKJV) “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing". When you read through the Gospel of John 15 it refers to us as branches, Jesus Christ as the vine and God as the gardener. From the scripture above we see that when Christ dwells in us we bear fruits which is one of the traits of a Christian and unfruitful branches are chopped off by the gardener (God).

Matthew 5:13-16 (NKJV) “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
14. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."

In conclusion, as Christians we are the image of God resemblance of his His glory, the branches connected to the true vine Jesus Christ pruned by God to bear fruits, salt of the earth seasoning the world for Gods pleasure and the light of the world shining bright the light that dwells within us (John 8:12). Therefore brethren let us regain our identity in Christ Jesus and live Holy lives.

Thank you for your time, may God bless you in triple folds.
