THE FAITH OF GOD (2273)
Mark 11:22 (TPT)
Jesus replied, “Let the FAITH OF GOD be IN YOU!"
Jesus the Christ's earthly mission was announced before His birth, by an angel to Joseph, who was engaged to Mary!
Matthew 1:21 (NKJV)
"And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
His name, (Yeshua in Hebrew) means 'Yahweh is Salvation' or simply put 'God saves.'
To save man from sin, divine justice demanded that it be a perfect and sinless man, with no human blood that is descendent of Adam, hence the virgin birth!
He fulfilled His mission whenever He hung on the cross, having been judged for our sin and suffered the full wrath of God's punishment on our behalf, and declared "It is finished!"
He saved all of us from the guilt, condemnation and punishment for sin, so that we can be justified (declared free), made righteous in God's sight and receive salvation, to as many as will believe in Him and accept His sufferings as their own!
Romans 5:6 (TPT)
'For when the time was right, the Anointed One came and died to demonstrate His love for sinners who were entirely helpless, weak, and powerless to save themselves.'
Therefore, all praise be unto God for His great and well executed plan for man's redemption, whoever shall accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord is free indeed, made perfectly righteous before God, and will not face the judgement of condemnation!
Even on the dreaded day of Judgement, there will not be any believer standing before the righteous Judge to be condemned!
Romans 8:1 (TPT)
'So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One.'
Now say with conviction;
• I believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior who came to save me from sin, as announced by the Angel to Joseph.
• I believe and accept the Biblical truth that the judgement and punishment for my all my sin fell upon Him on the cross and was settled once and forever, and that because of what He did, I have been set free, justified and made right with God, and will not longer face any more judgement of condemnation for sin! He paid it all, in full!
• I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that He is fully God, I take Him as Lord of my life!
• Now I am of God, His new creation and perfect righteousness in and through Christ Jesus. Amen.
