The picture portrayed by baptism is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The immersion of the believer pictures our identification in His sacrificial work. This month, we had the pleasure to welcome 38 new members and also had the joy of witnessing some of them being baptised. We praise the Lord for this!

Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
