For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7, NLT
Do It Afraid
What do you find often holds you back from being courageous enough to take the risk and step into God’s calling and purpose for your life? This takes a made-up mind that says, “I am not going to let fear, insecurity, what I don’t have, or what I don’t think I can do keep me in my limited environment. I’m going to stretch and make changes to follow the call. I’m not going to stay in my dysfunction, surrounded by dysfunctional friends.” Your destiny is too great to let fear of what people will think stop you.
Now don’t let comfort hold you back. The fear may still be there, but you have to act on your purpose, not on your fear. Fear will keep you from your destiny. Fear will keep you stuck. You may feel fear, but you have to do it afraid. As you step out, courage will come. Confidence will show up. The favor, the blessing, the healing—it’s waiting for you, not in your comfort, but in your calling.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for the gifts and talents You have given me and for Your calling on my life. Thank You that You have given me a spirit of power and courage to stretch and become all You created me to be. I declare that I will not let fear keep me in my comfort zone. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

“I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ. But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭1‬:‭6‬-‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Here is your Word for today :
Ecclesiastes 9:11

‘The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle.’

- It’s easy to think that the fastest and strongest get the best in life.
- But life is strange, these things don’t always guarantee success.
- Often it’s consistency and perseverance that makes all the difference.
- Keep on keeping on, and press ahead, you make progress with each step you take.

Prayer: Lord, I choose to faithfully continue to put one foot in front of the other and to move forward in the direction You are leading me. Strengthen me and help me to follow You with determination. Amen.

Have an awesome Tuesday.

…for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.1 John 5:4, NIV
The Scripture says that when you gave your life to Christ, you became a new creation. You were born into God’s family to overcome and live in victory. It doesn’t matter what your present circumstances look like. That addiction didn’t come to stay. Freedom is in your spiritual DNA. That sickness is not permanent. Health and wholeness are in your DNA. That family problem, strife, division; it’s not going to last forever. Restoration is in your DNA. Lack, struggle, and barely getting by are not your destiny. Abundance, increase, opportunity, and good breaks are in your DNA. Why? Because of who your Father is. Now when thoughts tell you that it’s never going to happen, just go back and check your spiritual birth certificate. Remind yourself of who you are. When the thought intrudes, “You’ll never accomplish your dreams. You’ll never get well,” just keep declaring this truth, “No, thanks. I’ve already checked my birth certificate. I know who I am. My Father’s name is God. It says so in the Word of God.”
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for being my God and making me into a brand-new creation in Jesus. Thank You that I have Your spiritual DNA and that I was born to overcome and live in victory. I believe and declare that this is true and that the certificate is in Your Word. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

“In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. Ephesians 4:26–27, NIV
The reason many people have no joy or enthusiasm is because they go to bed each night with unforgiveness in their heart. They’re reliving their hurts, thinking about their disappointments, stressing out about somebody who’s trying to make them look bad, upset because somebody’s playing politics in the office. Here’s the problem: If the sun goes down with bitterness, it will come back up with bitterness. If it goes down with resentment, it comes back up with resentment. That’s blocking God’s blessings. That’s giving the enemy a foothold. Before you go to bed each night, you need to say, “God, I’m releasing every negative thing that’s happened to me today—every hurt, every worry, and every disappointment. I’m forgiving the people who did me wrong. God, I’m going to bed in peace.” When you do that, the sun will go down with nothing blocking God’s blessings. Don’t go to bed at night with any kind of defeat still in your mind. Let it go and trust God to make your wrongs right.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that I can guard my heart and mind against all the negative things that try to get in. Thank You that I can forgive anyone who has done me wrong and release the hurts, the worries, and disappointments. I will stop the anger and bitterness from getting in me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
