The young people of NAC Towerby Congregation hosted a successful Potjiekos Competition and Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, 27 June 2026, in preparation for .

Congregants and ministers came out in great numbers to support the initiative, while the children enjoyed a day of fun on the jumping castle. The atmosphere was filled with fellowship, laughter, and community spirit.

The potjie competition was closely contested, with each team showcasing their culinary skills. All proceeds from the event will go towards the Young People’s Fund in support of their preparations for Dare2Care 2026.

The New Apostolic Church Johannesburg South District looks forward to hosting all the young people from the KZN–Mpumalanga Apostle Area for this special event.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported and contributed to making the day a great success. Together, we continue to build, serve, and care.

On Sunday 10 May 2026 the Rector Bradford Jansen conducted the divine service.

𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁

Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,
I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

The Priest Hassen was called to serve along.

The Sunday school children greeted all members as they arrived for service.

After the divine service the Sunday school children sang a beautiful song for all the mothers and the congregation.

The young people of Towerby Congregation hosted a successful "Towerby's Got Talent" show on Friday, 8 May 2026.

The evening began with an opening prayer by Rector Bradford Jansen. The YP arrived in full force to showcase their talents, supported by fellow members, ministers, and their families. During the interval, everyone enjoyed a time of fellowship and shared a wors roll.

The event was a great success, concluding with a closing prayer by DYPL Priest Elroy Jacobs.

On Saturday morning, 18 April 2026, 40 teams of paddlers arrived at Florida Lake to participate in the annual Gauteng Dragon Boat Regatta.
