*HONOR GOD WITH YOUR RESOURCES (3)*

*2 Samuel 24 v 24 (KJV).....And the king said unto Araunah, “Nay; but I will surely buy it from thee at a price; neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the Lord my God of that which doth cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.*

The anchor scripture 'shows' us how King David honoured God in his days in that he refused to offer God anything that does not cost him a value!

*NOW SEE THIS:*
David valued God! He held God in high esteem than anyother thing or person!
David was far from near perfect but he was so loyal to God that he consulted God in almost everything.

When David had a kingdom chaos that was caused by his numbering Isreal, To remedy the situation he needed to build an altar to sacrifice to the LORD!
Araunah on the other hand volunteered his threshing floor but David said, He cannot give to the Lord something that has no value to him!

*Note That, Honouring God with our finances or resources requires that whatever we are giving is a huge cost to us when compared with what is remaining!*
Paul said that You must purpose it in your heart!
~Don't give because your Priest or Pastor will get angry if you dont!
~Dont give because others are giving!
~Give because You have a revealational knowledge of what God does when we Give to Him cheerfully!

*The Message today is: GIVE OFFERING THAT HAS QUALITY VALUE TO GOD ALWAYS AND IN ALL THINGS!*

*LET US PRAY: OH LORD! CREATE IN ME A GIVING HEART THAT ALWAYS PUT YOU FIRST! LET MY SACRIFICES BE ACCEPTED AND REWARDED WITH EVIDENTIAL RESULTS IN JESUS NAME!!!*

*2021: OUR YEAR OF INCREASE*

*MARCH: OUR MONTH OF GOD-ENCOUNTERS*

*THE EVIDENCE OF GOD~ENCOUNTERS (2)!*

*ACTS 2 V 41....41Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them*

The anchor scripture 'shows' the result of a genuine encounter with The Spirit of God!

*NOW SEE THIS:*

Every believer needs an encounter!
Peter was an illiterate Fisher man when he followed Jesus!

During the trial of Jesus, Peter denied Him three times out of fear!

But before Jesus ascended into heaven He made Peter the Pastor of the Church...he asked him three times....Do you love me? Peter affirmed but the Church didn't have record of growth until the Day of Encounter!!!

As the Holy Ghost Experience happened on the day of Pentecost....Peter was baptized with the spirit of God and he preached a message of salvation and Folks made altar call themselves..."men and brethren what shall we do to be saved!

Child of God, You need this encounter to be able to win your world for the Lord!

Look at Peter, the news of his denial of Christ was still in the air but one encounter with the Holy Spirit of God and he Became the mouth piece of God and converted Three thousand souls in a day!

There was no Microphone but He had SPIRITPHONE.....The holy ghost amplified Peter's voice!
There was no decorated and packaged church auditorium, only Holy Ghost Pacakaged message!

There was no 'latest' musical instruments...The word of God came with a sound

All these nicely packaged church auditorium with angelic sounding instruments and great sound systems are very nice and sweet but We need our Meeting places to once more become God ~encounter centres not entertainment centres where we explain instead of demonstrating God!

Dear Believers....Let us go back to the place of PRAYER!!!! Power is made available by Prayers!!!

We need to generate the capacity we need at the place of Prayer to be able to power our destinies and that of others!

Remember they were not celebrating the feast of Pentecost but rather they were locked up in the room! But power surged throw the building and hit them!

Lord we cry out for Revival!
Lord we wait for the rain of your Spirit!
Lord we hunger and thirst for your move in this season!

Do it OH LORD and use us in Jesus name!!!

*The Message for Today is: HAVE AN INTENSE DESIRE AND KEEP ASKING FOR GOD'S MOVE!!!*

*THE EVIDENCE OF GOD~ENCOUNTERS!*

*ACTS 4 V 13 ~14....Now When they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, THEY marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus....14....And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.*

The anchor scripture 'shows' us the evidence, when a person has genuinely encountered God!

*NOW SEE THIS:*

Peter and John where illiterate Fisher men, whom Jesus asked to follow him, having Genuinely encountered Jesus! They healed a lame man who normally begs at the gate of the temple!

That miracle caused a commotion and Peter and John were arrested and while they were being asked questions!
They spoke with such boldness that their accusers became surprised and wondering what has happened to them because they knew them to be illiterates and then how come.they could talk with such boldness and they took knowledge of them that THEY HAVE BEEN WITH JESUS!

Encountering Jesus emboldens a person! It releases some surge through you that you become like Him! You no longer wanna boxed in a corner by the devil and his cohorts!

Remember that when Jesus was recruiting his disciples he said *"Follow me and I will make You"*

So when Peter and John followed Him, Jesus made miracle worker bold speaking evangelists out of Them!

*(Would You mind following Jesus genuinely today?)*

Another great evidence that Peter and John has been with Jesus was the Man that was healed!
~This was not a staged miracle!
~This was not a Man that was arranged and whom no one knew!
~This was not done one on one....
~This miracle was done to a Man everyone knew and who was begging everyone that entered the temple and it was done in full glare of everyone!

*JESUS said he that believes shall the work I do....*

Child of God...blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness!..
For they shall be filled!

~Are you hungry for genuine God-encounters?
~Are You crying out for revival at the prayer altar!
~Are you asking God to show up and show off with evidence of His presence littering everywhere!
●Blessed are you if you are crying out for REVIVAL and Transformation!

*The Message for Today is: ASK GOD FOR A GENUINE ENCOUNTER WITH HIM AND WITH GREAT EVIDENCE!!!*

*LET US PRAY: JESUS! LET THE EVIDENCE OF MY ENCOUNTER WITH YOU SHOW! CHANGE ME UNTILL I AM COMPLETELY CHANGED! USE ME TO YOU OR GLORY! I AM AVAILABLE LORD! IN JESUS NAME!!!*

*- ENCOUNTERING GOD-*
*PHILIPPIANS 3 V 10....I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death.(NLT)*

The anchor scripture shows a Man hungry to experience more of GOD!

Apostle Paul, wrote a lot of books of the new testament...yet he was not done, he desired for more of God encounters!

*NOW SEE THIS:*
Without encountering GOD! No person can genuinely serve GOD!

Today is littered with Believers who are not really saved, even many men on the pulpit have not really met GOD!

One way the devil deceives folks is by them thinking that because they have hanged around church and Pastors for a long while that they are now saved!

*In John 3 vs 3....Jesus said "except a Man be born again he shall not see the kingdom of GOD!....this simply means except a Man encounter God he is not a child of God by redemption!*

In subsequent episodes we shall be talking about different kinds of encounters!

*Know this: There are Encounters by desire and there are forceful encounters, the type that God orchestrates to frustrate devilish plans.*

*Today, all the Holy Spirit needs you to do is to desire a genuine encounter with Him this month of March that shall change your life for ever!*

The scripture is filled with persons who genuinely encountered God and had change of stories!

~Are you tired of mockery?
~Are you tired of disappointments?
~Are you about to sink into depression?
~Are you at the verge of giving up?
~Does it look like every thing is working against You!
~Is Your Life stagnated?
~Are You retrogressing instead of progressing?

*All You need is one encounter with JESUS!*

Today we focus on the next thing Jesus did in *Vs11...Jesus Took the loaves and fishes!*

*NOW HEAR THIS:*

Jesus took what was available, no complaints.

In a time like this: forget the complain and blame games and focus on what is available!

-What you dont have does not matter
-Who left you does not matter
*-What matters is what is at hand currently!*

*I have met a lot of people who complain so much about life but when you go ask them some deep question you find out they are their own enemies! THEY SIMPLY DESPISE WHAT GOD HAS MADE AVAILABLE FOR THEM!*

Like the widow who told Elisha " I have Nothing"

*YOU HAVE SOMETHING! FIND IT TAKE IT UP!*

~That ability to write!
~The small money
~That small job that pays a paltry sum
~That ability to cook
~The oratory prowess...You think everyone can talk?
~The small business or shop

TAKE IT UP! MOVE WITH IT

In that small five loaves and two fishes lies your testimony! TAKE IT UP!

*LET US PRAY: THANK YOU FATHER FOR YOU HAVE MADE AVAILABLE ALL THAT I NEED TO FACE MY CHALLENGES! & CHALLENGING TIMES, OPEN MY EYES TO SEE IT AND TAKE IT UP IN JESUS NAME!*
