Don't stop praying because you sinned, just as you don't stop bathing because you're dirty.

Prayer isn't a reward for the perfect; it's where the imperfect meet God.

This isn't an encouragement to sin. Sin should lead us to repentance, not to running away from God. We are human and will stumble, but don't let guilt keep you from the One who restores you.

You stay clean by bathing, and you stay spiritually grounded by praying. Keep looking to God, who perfects and transforms those who continually seek Him.

Father, I decree and declare that I will be anxious for nothing. But in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, I will make my requests known to You.
