Every day our minds are filled with thousands of thoughts. And our thoughts have power! What we think
affects how we feel and what we do. The world, our flesh, and the enemy try to get us to think
differently than how God wants us to think. But we want kids to know that God is here to help them! In
this series, we will teach kids that through an everyday relationship with Jesus, God can change the way
they think. He wants to help them catch, check, and change their thoughts!

🌱✨ This past Sunday, our Grade 4s got their hands dirty for something truly meaningful! As part of their lesson on growing in faith and their relationship with Jesus, each child wrote a personal, handwritten promise to God — a commitment to how they plan to grow spiritually. 🙏💚

Before planting the tree together, they placed their promises into the soil — a symbolic act of faith, growth, and dedication. 🌳🌿

Now, every time they walk past that tree and watch it grow, they’ll be reminded of their beautiful promise to Jesus and their journey with Him. 🌞📖 What a powerful way to connect learning with life!

When Jesus was born it brought us hope and a future, but most importantly it brought us a new identity. How beautiful does 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 describe it as God came to reconcile Himself with us.
