As followers of Christ, we are called to be ministers of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). The divisions created by sin—whether caste, race, class, or status—should not exist in the body of Christ. Instead, we are to model the Kingdom of God, where all are valued, and no one is considered lesser. Where the world builds barriers, the Gospel tears them down. Where sin segregates, Christ unites

“From Every Nation, One Body”

“After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.” — Revelation 7:9

True unity in Christ reflects the diversity of His kingdom. A church that welcomes all should also be led by all. Is your leadership as diverse as your congregation?

The Unequal Dispensation of Grace
Why does the Church preach equality under grace yet practise selective accountability? This paper exposes the double standards in the Christian community’s response to fallen leaders, using the contrasting cases of Ravi Zacharias and Steven Lawson. While Zacharias, a globally renowned apologist, faced swift and sweeping condemnation, Lawson, a prominent Reformed preacher, was met with grace and restoration. Are theological tribes, cultural biases, and personal influence shaping who is redeemed and who is erased? By interrogating these inconsistencies, the paper provokes the Church to confront its hypocrisy, asking whether its commitment to justice and grace is more performative than principled. If sin is universal, why is restoration reserved for a privileged few? This study challenges believers to embody the gospel’s radical promise of justice and redemption without prejudice, reclaiming the integrity of the Church’s witness to a watching world.

In “Confronting White Jesus,” Brendon Naicker challenges the depiction of Jesus as white in contemporary Christianity, highlighting its historical inaccuracies and its role in perpetuating colonial and racial ideologies that marginalise non-white communities within the Church. Naicker argues that this portrayal distorts Jesus’s authentic identity and inclusive message, leading to a skewed understanding of Christian faith. The book explores the theological and sociocultural consequences of these misrepresentations, calling for a return to a historically accurate depiction that reflects Jesus’s Middle Eastern heritage and the global diversity of Christianity. By challenging entrenched misconceptions, Naicker advocates for a more equitable and authentic expression of the Christian faith.

Pastors having a form of godliness...no power!
In this episode of Living Theology, Brendon Naicker explores the crucial distinction between ministry as a vocation and ministry as a divine calling. He critiques the professionalisation of modern ministry, drawing contrasts between the apostolic model of sacrificial servanthood and the institutional roles of today’s clergy. Naicker calls for a return to the power of the Holy Spirit, emphasising that true ministry is not about office hours but about spiritual surrender and transformation.
