When we move, pray, speak, respond from a place of emotions and how we feel, it will remain our foundation in our relationship with God. We must stop doing things because we feel good, we must stop praying because it's convenient and "we are in a good space".
We do things from a place of OBEDIENCE.
PRAY out of obedience so that we can be free from the negative emotions.

Surrender the pain, agony, neglect or the betrayal you felt from others that did you wrong. Allow the Holy Spirit to heal you so that you can see the world in a way that God created us to see it.

What you respond in the flesh to anyone or anything, your prayers will be ineffective in that area. Some people struggle for months and even years with the same issue all because of responding in the flesh. Feelings of being overwhelmed, responding in anger or frustration is some indication that we respond in the flesh. Delaying blessings and the purposes of God that needs to unfold in your life.

Surrender every area of your life that responds in the flesh and watch God work.
