Currently, we are busy with a 7 week Sunday Preaching Series entitled 'A vision to live for' (commenced last Sunday morning) where we are journeying into a fresh understanding of our vision and core values as a congregation. We are trusting that our faithful God will challenge us by helping us honestly answer the question - Have we bought into our vision and are we living by these values as a congregation?
Our Desire (Vision):
To be a functioning believing community who knows God, seeks His empowerment and makes Jesus known.
Our Core Values:
1. We believe the lost matter to God and therefore matter to the church.
2. We believe that loving relationships are central to all aspects of the church. People are encouraged to grow, maintain and repair relationships.
3. We believe that anointed teaching and preaching transforms lives.
4. We value true worship in which Jesus is exalted.
5. We believe that each person in the body must be helped to identify and fully develop their spiritual giftings.
6. We believe that the church must be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure.
