Good Morning GNF !
“God is preparing us for something.” God knows the plans He has for us. But the process to get to those plans takes time. We can get impatient with the process while we wait for the promises of God. “The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.” (2 Peter 3:8) Sometimes the wait isn’t because the opportunity isn’t there. Sometimes it’s because we’re not ready to receive it. God wants His plans to be a blessing and if we receive it prematurely, we won’t have the character to keep it.
